Was the worst place I have ever visited and I will never ever step foot on that property again

The fact that I did not get a refund cuz I did not stay the night the room was hotter than hell and the fact that it says on the window no refunds after checking well I know why now because I checked in and as soon as the room was open it was hotter than shit and the AC did not work whatsoever I have my two kids with me and we were told that it would get better it didn't I was there for no less than 30 minutes and I returned the keys and I left and the front desk guy was not helpful he was actually a prick that should not be running that place they need to get their shit together

Hello, the room had roaches, dirty walls, doors, knobs and refrigerator. The AC and wifi never worked the whole time I stayed there. It was really miserable.
