Convenient for the beach

Our stay was wonderful. The room was cute and cozy and perfect for 2 people. The location was great! Friendly atmosphere

It’s all above, it’s amazing!

I called this property before I arrived, because I wasn’t sure if the had a 24 hour desk. I spoke to a lady named Robin on the phone, and she told me that she would be going home prior to my arrival, and that the front desk area doesn’t have anyone on duty after 11 pm, but she assured me, everything would be fine, even if I wasn’t there before that time. She sounded so sincere, and so sweet and friendly, and explained to me how I would still be able to get my room, even after hours. When I first pulled into the driveway, I kinda wondered, “Hmmm this doesn’t look like a huge modern hotel…”. I got there around 10 pm, and she created me with the warmest smile and was amazingly nice and friendly. I got my key, and headed to my room. It had an outside entrance. I gotta tell you, once I entered the room I was amazed! This was probably the nicest, cleanest, most well appointed room. The front room had a sitting area with a nice couch, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The pillows were the kind that go flat as soon as your head hits them. The heated swimming pool was immaculately clean. There’s a restaurant and lounge directly next to the parking lot, “Salty’s” and if you tell them you’re a guest at Pelican Point. The hotel lot was strictly for guests of the property. I don’t know when I’ll come back to Clearwater beach, but I guarantee, this is the property I’ll book. Robin was there the night before I checked out, and I had a small cut on my finger, and she immediately got me a bandaid and put it on my finger. You won’t find a nicer place, with a nicer staff, anywhere. Thank you Pelican Pointe and a special thank you to the nicest front desk staff. Thank you Robin! You’re the best!!!

Buena ubicación pero falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de la playa y a las principales atracciones vas caminando.

Cons:

La cama muy chica para compartirla entre dos personas y las almohada, muy incómodas.
Perdía agua el fregadero de la cocina. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento del lugar en general. Tenían un dispenser de agua, pero la caliente nunca funciono.

Como tuvimos clima excelente la ubicación a una cuadra de la playa es un factor clave

Habitación buena ,toallas muy buenas y cocina aceptable

Cons:

Instalaciones mal mantenidas, falta de limpieza y que no tuviera personal en recepción a la noche.

It's definitely one of the cheaper stays. It's clean and has everything it needs and is close to all the mai attractions in Clearwater.

Cons:

Value for money. The facilities are pretty run down. Although the room is pretty spacious and clean. Can be loud as there is a lot of noise coming from the Main Street (cars blasting music on weekends etc)

Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again!
Pros:

Location is great! Easy walk to the beach but also quiet enough. It’s great that our room had beach towels and chairs and a cooler.Also the property had other beach items to use. Very clean and the common space with the ping pong table & tv was a bonus.

Cons:

Because this was a privately owned room there was no housekeeping. Fresh towels would have been a plus but we made do with what was supplied.
