We enjoyed our little couple retreat! Great access to the restaurant & spa facilities. Thank you!
Pros:

Incredible views on Level 4. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the service was exceptional. Daily breakfast great value and room service was provided for convenience.

Cons:

At night time there was a funny smell or odours outside on the balcony and our phone wasn't working when we needed to ring the restaurant or reception. We just ended up calling from our mobile.

Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch und war der Ausschlag warum wir hier buchten. Die Suiten Zimmer sind gross und haben einen tollen Blick, unsere sogar eine grosse Terrasse Richtung Meer. Die Frühstücks Service Kräfte waren extrem nett, schnell, kompetent und gut!!!!!!

Cons:

Das Haus und alle Anlagen dort sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere die Sanitären Installationen sind einfach nicht mehr dem Preis entsprechend. Klar kommen Insekten aller Art in fremden Ländern vor, aber man wünscht sie sich nicht im Zimmer.
Die Betten wurden nicht frisch überzogen sondern nur grob gerichtet Wände und Türen zeigen Wasserschäden. - Der Aufzug ist altersschwach und das nette Personal kann das alles leider auch nicht verbessern.
Vielleicht ist es im Sommer anders.
Die elektronischen Check Out Funktionen die automatisch per Mail in Gang gesetzt werden machen unklare Aussagen zum Abreisezeitpunkt.. wir würden nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Perfect place to unwind and reset
Pros:

Beautiful views from our room, spa bath wasn't working in our initial room and we were offered a free room upgrade, this was done very quickly and efficiently and they were so helpful and accommodating with the whole process. Going above and beyond we forgot some clothing upon check out and they have arranged for these to be sent back to us. Thank you so much, will definitely visit again and recommend awesome hosts

Lower your expectations
Pros:

Disappointed with this place I expected a lot better better. It is in need of renovation refresh and improved cleaning standards and systems. We booked and paid for 2 nights online then paid for extra night on arrival. A nasty carpet stain in bed area was so obvious (ewww I stepped over on first night) had to ask cleaner to sort it out ... she had knocked on door at 9.30am to service room, very poor English (all staff one culture). On departure was asked for payment card again, I assumed prior transaction was just a 'card hold'. We left, I checked bank acct and had been charged twice. Couldn't find a direct phone number but somehow a msg went through and they called back. Was told their system did not show the earlier payment ... that's dodgy ! lucky we weren't already on road before checking. I had my bank confirmation of earlier charge so I went back to hotel and staff said he looked a CC TV and could see I had paid, so refunded double charge. What a poor system, I do not recommend.

I loved everything!

Cons:

Nothing at all bad but I wish the Palm trees next to the pool had lights in them. They would look stunning at night when your enjoying a spa or a swim.
