Cons:

A €150 dog deposit was charged on 9 June 2026 and was supposed to be released within about a week. In reality, I received the money back only on 30 July 2026 — almost two months later — after numerous emails and repeated communication with the hotel manager, Angeli Carignano.

During this time, the problem was repeatedly blamed on others, but in the end the money was returned from the hotel’s own account. I received no proper explanation and, surprisingly, not even an apology.

I also found it unacceptable that after a 12-hour journey, as a hotel guest, I could not have dinner in the hotel restaurant because a reservation was required in advance. I had not been informed about this beforehand.

I was also not properly informed in advance about the €150 dog deposit or how it would be handled.

The hotel is in a pleasant location, but this does not make up for poor communication, an almost two-month delay in returning a substantial deposit, and the complete lack of an apology.
I expected much more professional service from a hotel of this category.

Amazing pool - about 25 minutes out of the city by bus.
Pros:

The pool and surrounding area is stunning, clean and a fabulous,The room was pleasant, most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was freezing cold. Day and evening menu limited. 15 to 20 minute walk to small village which we found a couple of nice restaurants and bars (the beer shop) really nice bar. Too far out from Bologna if you don’t have a car. We travel a lot and this hotel could be fabulous if you just add the little extras other hotels offer- water in the room, kettle and coffee making facilities. We asked for a late check out of 4pm and told that our room was already taken? However, we then asked if there were any facilities to get showered and changed? We were then informed we could keep the room on until 4 pm for an additional €60 which we did, as it didn’t appear that there was a shower room for guests?I don’t want this review to sound negative, as we did enjoy our stay. The bars and restaurants in the village were really nice. We loved the pool area, but there was just a lack of atmosphere in the hotel and not enough food options.

Modern und in ruhiger Lage, wir würden immer wieder einen Halt in diesem Hotel machen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern. Der Swimmingpool Bereich gefiel mir am Besten. Rund um den Pool begrünt schöne Liegeplätze und ein Bistro im Freien für den kleinen Hunger.

Cons:

Das Personal war neutral es kam nie ein freundliches guten Morgen oder bei Tisch wurde ob Menukarte oder das Brotkörbchen kein freundliches Hallo erwähnt.

É un paradiso per come è curato ogni minimo dettaglio. Stanze bellissime nuove, letti comodi, ristorante di alta qualità, piscina stupenda ma soprattutto il personale di bel aspetto è accogliente. Echt een aanrader!
Erg mooi hotel met moderne en zeer schone kamers. Erg mooie aankleding en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles oogt erg schoon en hygiënisch.

Cons:

Enige nadeel van dit hotel was de op onze kamer continu klikkende regelaar van de airco en de verlichting in de besturingskast welke zich in de kamer bevond.
