My stay was stress-free and comfortable.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Close to all important POI’s and public transport. Clean rooms.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos. My rating is 1 out of 10.

The service is very poor, and the rooms have a slightly unpleasant smell. But the worst part is the attitude of the staff. When we made the reservation, we specifically selected a room with two separate beds, but they gave us a room with one large bed instead. When we complained at the reception, they responded very rudely, basically saying, “Take it or leave it. We won’t refund your money anyway.”

The reception staff are extremely rude and unprofessional.

The hotel photos are also completely different from reality. It seems like they have been heavily edited. In reality, the condition of the hotel is about 60% worse than what you see in the pictures.

We stayed at this hotel for an entire week. I have visited around 10 cities in different countries and stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Местоположение удобное

Cons:

Номер на 2 человек маленький, просили разные кровати, не дали. Дверь в номер не открывалась, приходилось ждать по 5-10 минут пока сработает электронный замок. Окна на стройку. Спа ужасный, халатов не дают, лежаков нет, хаммам холодный. Отель обшарпанный.

Non è molto facile arrivare ma è comprensibile essendo a sultanhamet nella parte vecchia della città
Bellissimo il parco a pochi passi che arriva in una passeggiata lungomare con qualche locale e prati per rilassarsi
Posizione dell hotel 10 minuti a piedi dalla moschea blu e da tutti gli altri monumenti,palazzo Topkapi, basilica cisterna ecc.....
Zona molto popolata e con molti locali e negozi aperti fino a tarda sera nel mese di agosto

posizione eccellente, staff proffessionale e simpatico, qualita' prezzo nel complesso piu' che soddisfacente. Colazione top per varieta', e ristorante all'ultimo piano molto suggestivo. arrivati in auto, e man mano che ci avvicinavamo all'indirizzo dell'hotel ci rendevamo conto che sarebbe stato impossibile parcheggiare....ed invece, come nella tradizione napoletana, arriva un tizio che si fa' carico dell'auto, (pagamento extra ed immediato in contanti, ma vista la stanchezza del viaggio avrei accettato anche la demolizione dell'auto) e ci si riapre la giornata di sole. In definitiva Hotel consigliato per gli standard a cui siamo abituati in Italia
