Nichts hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig,Staub,Haare auf dem Boden. Bettlaken,Kissen mit Blut und Kaugummi. Ich denke das es nicht gewechselt wurde denn die Blut Flecken waren frisch getrocknet genauso das Kaugummi noch weich. Frühstück war seeehr Geschmacklos,täglich das gleiche. Wir waren danach Immer noch hungrig. Es gab nicht wie auf den Fotos Bademantel oder Pflegeprodukte. Zum Glück hatte ich alles dabei. Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert und sehr laut und alt. Matratzen waren sehr schlecht und wir hatten jeden Tag extreme Rücken schmerzen. Es war reinste Qual morgens mit schmerzen aufzuwachen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen. Und die guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Четырёхдневный отдых втроём в семейном номере
Pros:

Расположение, трамвайная остановка поблизости, шведский стол на завтрак, ресторан на крыше с хорошим видом.

Cons:

Отсутствие удобств в душевой кабине и ванной комнате ( не было пробников зубной пасты, нет стакана для зубных щеток, некуда было поставить и положить в душевой кабине свои средства гигиены), бутылочки питьевой воды и пакетики чая и кофе были только при заселении, не обновлялись. Мало плечиков в шкафу. Вид на стройку. Дорогой ресторан на крыше.

Pros:

Очень гостеприимный и радушный персонал, комфорт и чистота, оптимальный завтрак, прекрасное место расположения, самый центр и без подъемов в горку. В 5 минутах пешком трамвай маршрут номер 1 (на нем кстати до станции метро Vezneciler 10 минут) и водный транспорт . Даже до нового аэропорта предпочла добираться трамваем и метро, потратила час и около 100 лир.

Muy buen trato tuvimos un problema con nuestro transporte para ir al aeropuerto y el recepcionista nos lo solucionó en poco tiempo y no era problema suyo ya q era un transporte externo

Очень хороший персонал, всегда готовы помочь, завтраки хорошие, голодными точно не останетесь, отличное расположение отеля, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, хорошо подходит для семейного отдыха

Cons:

Для людей на инвалидных колясках, можно еще доработать вход в зону столовой, там высокий порог, и еще специальный стул для душа
