Hotel pulito e in ordine con uno staff gentile e disponibile. Giusto per fermarsi una notte per spezzare il viaggio. Esci e rientri in autostrada in un 1 minuto. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro.

Cons:

Lontano dalla città, percorso pedonale non sicuro!
Asciugamani super sottili e vecchissimi, pessimo cuscino, materasso durissimo.
Jacuzizi esterna con acqua sporca!
Pessima colazione, anche per essere inclusa nel prezzo. .

Pros:

L hotel è bello, avevamo una camera bellissima, grande super moderna! Il bagno ampio come la camera. Anche un piccolo terrazzino e una specie di salottino oltre alla camera.

Cons:

La posizione è comoda per l autostrada, ma per spiaggia o sera serve l auto!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Poggio in Arenzano sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirkt frisch renoviert. Besonders begeistert hat mich die sichere Tiefgarage, die gerade für Motorrad- und Autofahrer ein echter Pluspunkt ist.

Mein Zimmer war komfortabel, gepflegt und ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt einen hochwertigen und sehr einladenden Eindruck. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass ich mich rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.

Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich lediglich das Fernsehangebot. Es wäre schön, wenn einige deutsche Fernsehsender verfügbar wären oder alternativ der Zugang zu Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix oder Amazon Prime möglich wäre. So könnten Gäste sich mit ihrem eigenen Account anmelden und ihre gewohnten Programme ansehen.

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Für mich war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Sehr sympathisches und hilfsbereites Personal. Persönlicher Charakter. Hatte ein wunderschönes Zimmer, extrem feiner Raumduft, den man auch kaufen kann. Das Zentrum und das Meer sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
