Pros:

ウォーターサーバーが有り、チェックインが24時間、チェックアウトがPM12時迄だったので、助かりました。
対応も感じ良く、親切でした。

Cons:

連泊で、清掃のプレートは、あったのですが、タオルは連絡しなければならなかったのを、2泊目にドアの下に用紙が入っていたので、料金的には仕方ないのかも知れませんが、気になりました。

Pros:

Very central location. Just in the middle of action but still quiet and comfortable. A few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins walk to airport limousine, side street of the high street. Value for money. Definitely the place to stay in Osaka.

Cons:

Triple room had no space for luggage. That is the only thing to say.

大丸デパートが側にあり便利！
Pros:

metroまで直進で歩いて数分なところ。ホテルの大通りの反対側に大丸があり地下食品街には難波の高島屋地下にある物は全部あると言っても過言ではなくそこより空いていて買い物がしやすかった。道頓堀周辺までは歩いて10分くらいでした。
お部屋のテーブルの形がとても便利でした。鏡が大きいのが二つも有りそれもよかったです。シングルルームでしたが広過ぎず狭過ぎず使い易かったです。
お部屋のリクエストもしっかり聞いてくださり感謝です。

Cons:

私のお部屋のウォシュレット[おしり]は壊れていました。ウォシュレットがある事を確認して予約したのに使えなくて残念すぎました。そしてトイレを流すと中のタンクでしょうか、チョロチョロチョロチョロとしばーーらく水が流れていてうるさかったです。

Pros:

フロントスタッフさんの対応が丁寧でした。
友達と別々に予約して、一緒にチェックインしたときに、部屋を向かいにしていただきました。

Cons:

部屋の照明がとにかく暗すぎて化粧できません。
この点がマイナスポイントなので、次回の予約はなさそうです。
