Clean, comfortable
Check in on a video screen is weird. No laundry room to wash clothes. TV remote did not work, they did not have a spare had to order one that would be in, in two days, I was only there one night. After talking to the video screen in the office many time and hours later I phoned a number I found on the ridiculously long receipt and got a remote from another room. Although clean and comfortable (except for the mold around the base of the toilet) I would not stay there more than one or two nights.
The location
I didn't like the contactless check in. There was some, maybe mold or staining around the toilet which made me feel the place wasn't as clean.
Comfortable bed and great location.
Besides the weird check in through a video screen. It was a good peaceful stay. I stayed for 3 days. The check in process gave me alot of anxiety. I wish there had been some kind of heads up about that. Also I didn't like that the locks for the rooms didnt seem too sturdy. I was alone, so that also put me on edge at first too.
Location is relaxing, easy access.
Could do better at keeping someone on property to fix things. Our tv remote wouldn't work i told office never fixed it. We bought batteries and still wouldn't work. Things could be updated a little more lots of damage in the room we stayed.
Other than location, facility and owners are terrible..
They had me book directly through them for a special weekend rate, then continued to charge my card numerous times all to exceed any rate the Booking.com offered. They ran a scam and I had to shut down my card because of them!
NOTHING!!! The facility is old and need of a full renovation. The carpet was missing a section wall too wall, the mold around the toilet, cockroaches, the stained towels and so much more. I had to stay do to mobility issues, so they had me book directly through them. They overcharged even based on weekend rates. They kept charging my card numerous times but did not extend my stay. It has been reported to my bank and my card is now shut down!!!
Highly unethical business where they continued to falsely charge my credit card. Called and emailed them over 5 times, and completely ignored! They have no front dest, so you are talking to someone in INDIA who's working remotely behind a green screen. I brought my issues to their attention, and I got NO RESPONSE even though they told me that management would call. This company owns 2 Inns is Sedona, STAY AWAY for both! I really wish I could get my photos to download! It's even worse in person!
Great location
Spa wasn’t working :/
The location
The roaches
Habitación estaba sucia
There was no breakfast.
Difficult to understand staff. But he was able to write out what he was saying.
it was in sedona
a dead roach was in my bed. a couple downstairs was highly intoxicated or drug induced and screaming arguing at 6:30 am. There were no onsite management.
I slept ok
Check in, could not understand diddly and the transcription monitor was goofy. The room was dirty, lights didn't work. Good thing I just needed to sleep.
Nothing
Dirty, virtual check in thru a kiosk, door handle to the room felt like it was going to fall off
The staff were nice, I almost feel bad that I need to do a honestly review, because the guy in the office was really nice but that doesnt change the place is terrible
It’s worst than a motel 6, I can’t even say you get what you pay, cause for 270 dollars a night I would expect a clean and comfortable room, they did change my room to a “cleaner” room but was still not confortable and for sure not what was expected for 270 dollars
