Pros:

Thanks to Ana(Ena),I don't know how to write right name,because she was without name tag,but she gаve us a room better than we booked.It was pleasant.Breakfast rich.Parking deal is good.Our room was very comfortable.

Cons:

First,when you are member of Radisson,but price what hotel offering is more badly on hotels site,than on Booking.

Second!We was disappointed so much,when 11.10,at breakfast time suddenly start working alarm,and we must to escape outside without jackets,and hungry,for me it was big stress,for my nervous system hard,I cann't back to normal condition for three days.And plus to this accident we have not possibility to go to SPA,because 11.10 it was closed.My husband birthday was ruined.

Loved it so much!
Pros:

A lovely and comfortable hotel offering excellent value for money! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fantastic spa facilities, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended!

Weekend w Talinie
Pros:

Hotel bardzo blisko starówki, blisko komunikacja miejska, sklepy itp. W hotelu było czysto, na bieżąco było sprzątane, wygodne łóżko. Trochę monotonne, ale smaczne śniadania. Kompleks basenowy z różnymi basenami i saunami. Na terenie hotelu restauracja i kawiarnia z przystępnymi cenami.

Cons:

W łazience brakuje półek i wieszaków.

Mugav hotell Tallinna kesklinnas
Pros:

Heas asukohas moodne ja mugav hotell. Rikkaliku valikuga hommikusöök, mis avatakse juba kell 06.30. Toas oli vann. Külmik oli heal kõrgusel, mitte põrandal nagu enamasti, vaid kõrgemal kapis. Toas oli veekeedukann.

Cons:

Parkimine nii hotelli parklas kui tänaval on üsna kallis, 20 eurot päev. Spa oli meie saabumispäeval suletud kuni 19.30 ja kui see õhtul avati, siis oli väga ülerahvastatud.

Pros:

I liked that when I asked for a room change, it happened quicly.

Cons:

I didn't like and I have stayed here about ten times.. always the same problem. When I visit the spa, it is 20% possibility that there is someone at the bar. I have went 4 times to the front desk to ask wheres the bartender. 3 of those times he has been there sitting his ass off. Put a bell on the bar and this hotel is 10/10

Pictures are not what you get
Pros:

Near the old town.

Cons:

Pictures of the selected room didn't match what I booked. This might be a problem with booking.com or the hotel. It seems this happens a lot with booking.com.
We had to change room twice before even satisfactory results. Staff at the hotel reception were OK but they I feel they could have done much more. I very rearly give negative feedback but this visit was quite bad.
Also the hotel advertises it self as a spa hotel but the spa was closed "contemporary" during our visit and no notification was given from booking.com nor the hotel before arriving.
Needless to say, this was very unsatisfactory experience.
