A localização é ótima, se procura estar no centro da Medina e perto dos mercados. A decoração era muito gira e o staff foi simpático. O pequeno almoço é bastante completo e bom. O quarto era pequeno mas com o necessário e bem cuidado.
Como a localização é central, a noite ouvimos barulho.
L’emplacement
Le climatiseur avait un problème. Nous l’avons mentionné la première fois à la réception en nous disant que quelqu’un viendrait et la personne est venu en disant qu’il reviendrait et n’est pas revenu. Nous sommes retournés une deuxième fois à la réception en nous disant qu’il s’en occupait et personne a réglé le problème.
Au restaurant pour le dîner,il n’y a pas de facture,le serveur calcule mentalement et il nous a chargé 133 dinars au lieu de 99 dinars. Il nous a remboursé mais faites le calcul vous-même avant de payer.
Dar posizionato in una bellissima via della medina ricca di bar e ristorantini e facilissimo da raggiungere, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione ricca dolce e salata, camera spaziosa, fantastica la terrazza con vista sulla medina, possibiltà di cenare
O Dar El Medina é encantador, o staff é super atencioso, o pequeno almoço é divinal e a localização é perfeita.

The property itself was beautiful and in an excellent location, close to all the Souks. The staff stand out as being very attentive, greeting us with welcome drinks and extra waters on the hot day. On our final day in Tunis we had not booked a stay at the hotel but they stored our bags in a safe location and allowed us to hang out in the courtyard until 10:30pm for our late flight free of charge.

Le Dar el Médina est un endroit magnifique comme beaucoup de Dar en Tunisie. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et nous a conseillé et aidé dans notre voyage. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et très très bon. La chambre était une véritable suite avec un coin repos très apprécié.
Le bruit de la Médina... Je n'étais pas prête...🫣
Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit s'abstenir car cela peut vite prendre la tête. Entre les prières des hauts parleurs, les bruits du scooter et de vie de la Médina et les bruits du Dar c'est assez bruyant... boule quies oblige !!
We had a serious issue during our stay. While we were away from the property between approximately 9:00 and 15:00, housekeeping entered our occupied room and removed personal belongings without permission. Our clothes were taken out of the room and later found in a common area (the kitchen), which confirms they were handled and moved by staff.
After this incident, we discovered that 200 € in cash that had been stored inside a personal item in the room was missing. We reported the situation immediately to the property, but there was no clear explanation provided regarding what happened to the money.
We find it unacceptable that guests’ personal belongings were moved from an occupied room, and we are very concerned about the lack of control and responsibility in handling guest property.
We hope the management improves procedures to ensure guest belongings are respected and secure.
Small and quiet, the breakfast was good and plenty full
Our shower did not drain and it took 2 days to repair.
They forgot to clean our room on day three
Lovely inn in a lively and quaint area of Tunis medina, with gorgeous rooms with balconies and plenty of space. But the staff at this hotel is the real plus here. My husband was sick and one manager walked me around the medina to six different pharmacies on a Sunday night to find him medicine. Above and beyond the call of duty. They were incredibly wonderful and helpful at every turn. The breakfast is huge, with fresh yogurt and granola, omelets and pancakes, and fresh breads, coffee and juices. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place for a fresh fruit juice, lunch or dinner. They're ready to help you with anything here, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tunis. Wonderful experience.
Wifi isn't really secure, would be great to make it one with password.
