Ottima posizione e struttura, ma servizio poco all’altezza delle aspettative.

Hotel molto bello, curato e pulito.
La posizione è sicuramente un punto forte: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e molto vicino al centro, quindi comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi senza bisogno dell’auto.

Cons:

L’accoglienza è stata piuttosto fredda e poco organizzata, cosa che non ci si aspetta da una struttura importante come il Grand Hotel Gallia.

Il servizio, soprattutto durante la colazione, è risultato disorganizzato: ci è capitato di dover aspettare circa 15 minuti in piedi prima di essere accompagnati al tavolo, a causa della mancanza di posti disponibili.

Inoltre, il servizio al tavolo è stato lento e poco attento (tempi di attesa lunghi e richieste non gestite correttamente, anche per esigenze alimentari specifiche come prodotti senza lattosio).

Nel complesso, il personale è apparso poco accogliente e distante, aspetto che ha inciso negativamente sull’esperienza generale.
