Great price, great location, great room.
Pros:

Great location in Kensington very close to several tube/bus stops; great price and the room was super well-equipped. AC that is so crucial during these summer heatwaves, spacious room with a big comfortable bed and 4 big pillows (at most hotels you have to request that), big TV, helpful kitchenette, big shower, a safe where I could put my passport and laptop with all my work while out, openable window (also rare in London hotels).

Très bien, à la hauteur de mes attentes.
Pros:

Chambre impeccable, emplacement de l'hôtel très bien, personnel très très bien et serviable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le coin kitchenette.

Cons:

J'ai juste regretté d'être en sous-sol, mais j'avais quand même un e fenetre donc c'était OK.

Great area, clean and comfortable hotel, bit tight on space and some maintenance issues need attention.
Pros:

Great location close to tubes: West Brompton and Earls Court, which is busier, also close to shops and restaurants. Is in Central London and easy access to most places.
Clean and mostly well maintained, staff are helpful and friendly. Recently refurbished and with a new name, now has a lift. Like the mini kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave.

Cons:

Have stayed several times, each time room has been smaller. There was an open hole from a previous light fitting on our ceiling, when we asked for it to be fixed it was just stuffed with paper. The shelf with kettle and microwave was so high that at 5’ 3” I could hardly reach it and very dangerous to lift a boiling kettle from that high, there was room for shelf to be much lower. Same applied to hanging rail in wardrobe. Miserly with the towels, one medium sized one each per day.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Very modern clean room. Air con. Lots of walkable food and entertainment outlets. 2 minutes to the tube station

Cons:

Almost always unavailable presumably due to being fully booked

Pros:

Modern, clean and close to all transport. Air conditioning was a bonus in the heat wave! Close to shops & food places. Tea and coffee was available in the room.

Cons:

Our particular room was hard to find as it was through a corridor that wasn’t sign posted.
