Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: several guests noted old smell, dirty towels and sporadic lack of cleanliness; others reported rooms very clean. Overall below target due to multiple complaints about odors and dirty linens.
Service
10
Generally praised: multiple mentions of very attentive, warm reception and breakfast staff (notably Víctor Ignacio Cortés). Some isolated issues (slow card/towel delivery, a few rude reception experiences) but overall staff service is a strong positive.
Location
9.5
Consistently positive: convenient location with many shops and restaurants nearby and easy parking; one comment about entrance being hard to find for drivers but overall location is a strong asset.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed: praise for comfortable beds and good A/C, but recurring complaints about old rooms, worn mattresses and occasional hot-water/shower problems.
Amenities
8.5
Generally positive: gym with good treadmills and sufficient parking; breakfast included. Some negatives: no room service and noise from nearby padel courts or groups of guests.
Value for Money
6.5
Notable negatives: several guests reported price changes at check-in, extra charges and lack of booking-rate respect—this lowers perceived value despite otherwise acceptable facilities.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Strongly positive: breakfast repeatedly called excellent and well-regarded; occasional operational issues (cutlery/glasses running out and slow restocking) but overall F&B is a highlight.
Overall Experience
9
Overall a positive stay driven by excellent service, location and breakfast, tempered by intermittent cleanliness and value-for-money problems; a generally favorable experience with room for improvement.

Pros:
