Otherwise the stay was brilliant
Pros:

Location is excellent

Cons:

The pool was u set renovation. As a matter of courtesy the hotel should inform before booking. That was a shame as we found out after arrival and wasted a lot of time travelling to other offsite pools

We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday & everyone was very friendly and helpful, from checking in to the very nice and tasty birthday treats in our room. Great lounge service. Excellent service at Maison Mizuki restaurant. “Happy Birthday message on the bed” & turn down service from housekeeping was a nice touch. Overall great hospitality & friendly service from everyone at this excellent establishment. Thank you so much! Will definitely return 👍

Cons:

A couple of breakfast buffet items were cold & looked dried out. But overall very good.
