Breakfast was fabulous with so many healthy food options

Well the staff is amazing and the time they take to reply to your query is pretty fast. Everything is ok in the hotel except the room size. The location is fantastic too. Didnt try the breakfast so can't comment. Special Thanks to Krit for the special requests that were made and were honored.

What we liked:
- Accor Diamond Status was honoured - Breakfast, Lounge access, check-in and check-out the usual perks.
- Large Rooms
- Convenient location where there is a linked bridge all the way to Terminal 21 May (not air-conditioned but definitely good enough as the bridge is sheltered and very convenient)

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. The direct walkway connecting the hotel to the BTS Skytrain makes getting around the city incredibly convenient.

A special thanks to Ms. Lanna at the front desk for her fast, smooth, and professional check-in service. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Every time I return, I am impressed by the consistently high standards and warm hospitality.

The Club Lounge offers delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Lukas, Director of Food & Beverage. His professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service truly made our stay even more memorable.

Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us with warm smiles every single day and always opened the door with genuine kindness. What touched us the most was how they were always the first to step forward and eagerly help us whenever we arrived or needed assistance.

Their hospitality, friendliness, and sincere care made us feel incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. My spouse and I were deeply impressed by their dedication.

This was our second visit to Bangkok, and we always choose Sofitel. One of the biggest reasons for that choice is the exceptional people who work here. Tony and Khao, in particular, played a huge part in making this trip feel so special and memorable.

From the moment we arrived, Meena from the Front Desk welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. Throughout our stay, she was helpful, attentive, and proactive in ensuring everything went smoothly.

A special thank you to the team at Club Millésime Lounge; Mariela, Friend, Tide, Henry, Gift, Crispy, Baeju, and Bia. We thoroughly enjoyed the lounge experience. Breakfast quickly became the highlight of our mornings, with a wonderful selection of delicious dishes each day. The Hainanese Chicken Rice was our favourite!

Another standout was the freshly baked chocolate cookies served during afternoon tea. They were absolutely irresistible — soft, rich, and so good that we simply couldn’t stop reaching for more!

The Concierge Team; Pete, Tui, Natty, Boy, Tony, Tee, Tow, Tum, Palm, Kevin, and Khao took great care of us every day, assisting with our luggages and always being ready to help whenever needed.

Lastly, thank you to Kaew and Manee from Housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and ensuring turndown service was done perfectly each day.

The genuine warmth and attentiveness of the team made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning again soon!

Great hotel in an awesome location. Close & convenient to lots of things, including the rail network. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly & helpful.
