Personnel très sympathique, propre, lits confortables.
Isolation sonore. On entend presque tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir: ascenseur, pas, même des personnes qui parlent à basse voix. Je suis sensible au bruit, j’ai déjà vu pire dans des hôtels mais l’isolation des portes est en tous cas à améliorer.
La proximité du RER, la gentillesse du personnel malgré une panne internet qui empêchait d'accéder à sa chambre sans eux
Un rajeunissement de l'hôtel serait opportun ainsi que du restaurant Courtepaille .
L'insonorisation des chambres est sommaire.

Booked a double but got 2 singles stuck together. Restaurant wasn't operating that night so had to walk 20 minutes down to Maccas.

Chambre minuscule digne d’un placard. Une partie des chambres ne donnent pas sur l’extérieur mais sur l’atrium de la réception et du bar. Peinture et moquette vieillote à la vue et à l’odeur.
Clientèle essentiellement de passage pour une nuit alors pas de soucis pour éventuellement fidéliser une clientèle que l’on ne reverra jamais
