Has potential to be better
Pros:

The spa area was very nice .The hotel was very handy to the centre ..just a short taxi ride away .All the staff were very friendly and helpful .

Cons:

I know it’s legal to smoke indoors in Serbia but the smell of smoke everwhere is very offputting for European visitors .i avoided sitting in the reception and bar area because of the constant smokey smell ,and there was no outdoor seating outside the hotel ..maybe a few benches or small tables & chairs outside to sit at would be nice .
There was also a smell of stale smoke in the bedrooms and a bad smell in the bathroom ..I think maybe it was to do with the drains .
I think a freshen up with painting everwhere would help and maybe replacing the tacky ,half naked pictures of women everwhere would also help .

Pros:

Hygiene was at the highest level. Staff was very polite. The room was very comfortablle with a nice terrace. The breakfast is very nice in buffet style. The location is only a few minutes away from the city center by car.

Pros:

Od svih hotela koje sam posetila, nigde nisam videla srdačnije i ljubaznije osoblje nego ovde.
Sve je bilo odlicno, ali osoblje je na mene ostavilo najbolji utisak!

Nr.1 hotel in Novi Sad - at least for us.
Pros:

This is our favourite hotel. Current stay at this hotel was our second stay in this year but not the last. Very helpful staff, good breakfast and delicious food in the hotels restaurant. Everything was fine. We love this hotel :-)

Cons:

Unfortunately we were only able to stay here for 3 nights.
