Wonderful hotel, good breakfast, great views, will stay again.
Pros:

The property is at the edge of the harbor. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

It’s a mile from the main city center, you need a car.

Lovely Stay on the Ocean
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious, our room was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Lovely place to be in Angra.

Cons:

Acústica do Hotel é desagradavel pois consegue-se ouvir tudo em qualquer quarto seja lado direito ou esquerdo até do quarto do piso de cima.
dava para ouvir as pessoas a falar ou mesmo a ressonar.

Good location but you need to visit in season, July/August.
Pros:

We picked this hotel for access to the sea to swim. It has a small indoor pool and a large gym.

Cons:

We stayed at the end May/beginning June. The hotel seemed to be getting ready for the summer. The hotel outdoor pool was not open. The access to the sea was not available on Sunday.

Já tínhamos ficado há uns anos no Hotel Caracol e podemos dizer que ficámos muito surpreendidos e satisfeitos com as renovações, serviço, limpeza etc.
Recomendamos muito! A relação qualidade preço é ótima.
Todo o staff foi extremamente impecável.

Cons:

O quarto em duplex, indicado como um up grade, não o é na realidade.
Implica subir e descer escadas, privilegiando um espaço de estar que numa estadia curta não necessitamos.
