Maravillosa estancia en el Hotel do caracol
Pros:

El hotel me encanta. Ya he estado otras veces. La habitación con vistas al mar es maravillosa. Tengo que mencionar que al llegar me dieron una habitación muy baja con vistas parciales y al día siguiente al comentarlo en recepción el recepcionista NUNO se volvió loco para mejorarla y lo consiguió. GRACIAS. Le agradezco enormemente el hecho. Es un profesional.
El resto de empleados tanto de recepción con desayunos muy amables y serviciales. Mi estancia ha sido de 10. Volver de nuevo si puedo lo antes posible. Para ser sincera una de las razones de ir a Terceira era estar en ese hotel. Tiene una capa preciosa.

Cons:

Por decir algo necesitaría algo de mantenimiento pero doy por hecho que es difícil un edificio encima del mar mantenerlo perfecto.

Achei caro, para duas noites.
E tinha uma cama a mais no quarto porque aqui no booking aparecia 3 pessoas e éramos só dois. Não consegui trocar aqui no booking não sei porque. Não sei paguei mais por isso mas provavelmente sim e não devolveram o dinheiro.

A great start for our holiday, hopping from island to island
Pros:

The hotel nests on a cliff-edge, right by the sea. The rooms either face the see or the garden. Ours overlooked the sea. Waves are rolling in from the Atlantic, which we liked a lot. You get you free towels for the "beach" , where you will meet the locals. The beach actually is a swimming bay, relaxed but busy. Rooms are spacious, with a nice balcony and view of the bay. The breakfast is really good and plenty, with local specialities served.
