Итого - мы довольны, приедем еще.
Pros:

Завтрак был чудесный. все вскусно, и ассортимент хороший. Персонал доброжелателен. всем огромное спасибо.

Cons:

номер для 4 человек немного маловат, чип-ключ работал через раз, хотели и заказывали массаж, но его не было. бассейн отличный, но мелковат и не все гидромассажи работали.

Goede nachtrust, maar veel mankementen
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel, maar problemen oplossen bleek te lastig

Cons:

Geen werkende tv, loslatend behang, deur badkamer aan vervanging toe, schimmel in de douche en kraan wastafel die los zit.
Wil je dit aangeven, praten ze er snel over heen...

I will not recommend & totally disappointing. Relax inn is definitely not for relaxing

Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion, it is not even close to a 1-star standard
There were no basic bathroom toiletries provided, and the room was not properly serviced during our stay. There was no cleaning and no change of towels, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star.
The hotel was also very noisy, making it difficult to relax. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited quality and variety. Another major drawback was the lack of any common sitting or outdoor area where guests could relax.
Overall, the facilities, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were far below expectations. This accommodation seriously needs to improve its standards. Definitely not what we expected from a 4-star hotel, and I would not recommend it based on our experience.
