No AC despite the fact that the staff told us at the arrival. With 36 degrees outside it was almost 30 in the room the all time.

No pudimos dormir del calor que hacía en la habitación. No entiendo como un hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene aire acondicionado. Nos dieron un ventilador que lo único que había es remover el aire caliente.

Le manque de climatisation
The value for money was good. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation itself.
Unfortunately, our experience with one of the female reception staff members in the morning was very unpleasant. She seemed to be in a very bad mood and treated us in an unfriendly and unprofessional way. She threw the pen and paper towards us instead of handing them to us properly, did not clearly explain the check-in process, and her overall attitude was very negative. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
However, our experience completely changed later that evening when another staff member assisted us. We believe he was German, and he was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated his attitude and customer service.
Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff member who attended to us in the morning left a very negative first impression. We hope the hotel can address this, as reception staff play an important role in making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Gute Lage in Oerlikon.
Das Zimmer war um die 30 Grad. Die Klimaanlage wird ausschliesslich zentral reguliert. Das Fenster lässt sich kaum öffnen. Es war unerträglich heiss in der Nacht.
Die Betten sind unbequem und durchgelegen.
Good location and nice staff
There was no air condition. There was a slip in the room saying that the city or canton does not allow any cooling less than 5 degress celsius under outside temperature. This is not true. Other hotels nearby do have air-conditioning. The window could not be fully opened so it was a very uncomfortable night.
On a minor note: the booking was gor two people and a dog and the staff promised that a special dog set up.would be delivered to the room later on. It never appeared.
