Good breakfast options, good and comfortable rooms

Todo estuvo bien.
Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Duvets. Gute Belüftungsanlage. Fensterabdunklung perfekt. Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, Föhn…alles vorhanden. Perfekte Lage für die Events im Theater 11 . Geniales Frühstücksbuffet.
Nichts
Im Zimmer gab es nur eine Bettdecke, wir waren zu zweit, als ich an der Rezeption nach einer weiteren Bettdecke gefragt habe, sagte die Rezeptionistin "Es ist doch Sommer!" Als ich sie nur weiterhin angeschaut hatte, haben wir dann eine zweite Decke bekommen

Poor service. Dirty bedsheets flush broken and never fixed it. Charged for early check in for all 3 rooms. Rude staff and no compassion for bad service and dirty rooms. Floors had all hair , bedsheets were super dirty changed after 2 days despite multiple requests. No AC and super hot.
Everything was bad. Location was like a dead city
Dass man freundlich gegrüsst wird, ist sehr viel wert, vom Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption (auch, wenn man nur vorbei ging). Auch die kurzen Gespräche finde ich angenehm und wertschätzend. Die Möglichkeit, ein kleines Frühstück zu einem reduzierten Betrag einzunehmen, ist super. Das kenne ich so nicht von anderen Hotels. Und auch die Möglichkeit, bis 21.30 Uhr im Restaurant essen zu können, kam mir entgegen. Die Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel ist sehr praktisch, doch auch der kurze Weg zum Bahnhof ist gut machbar. Wasser, Tee usw. im Zimmer wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist auch erfreulich ruhig (ich hatte nachts das Fenster immer geöffnet).
Ich frage mich immer wieder, warum in Hotels Infos hängen zu Nachhaltigkeit (z.b. dass keine tägliche Reinigung stattfindet oder die Badezimmerwäsche nur ausgewechselt wird, wenn diese am Boden liegt), und dann wird doch täglich alles ersetzt und gereinigt. Warum? Ich würde dieses Vorgehen gerne unterstützen, doch dann müsste es auch umgesetzt werden. Ich als Alleinreisender bekam täglich zwei frische Frottetücher, eines davon war immer ungenutzt... :-(
It was very nice and the staff was very helpful
There is no AC and it was 96 degrees outside. The restaurant was closed the day we arrived (Sunday) and so were all the restaurants so we had to go a ways to get food.
