Pros:

perfekt, zum Konzert im Hallenstadiom

Cons:

schade, dass der Abend nach dem Konzert, alle wollten noch etwas trinken, nicht besser organisiert war und es somit lange Warteschlangen gegeben hat, bis man etwas zum trinken bekam - die 2 Jungs an der Bar haben es gut und mit Ruhe gelöst.... da hätte ich mir vielleicht 1 - 2 zusätzliche Barkeeper gewünscht - ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt - vielen Dank

idéal pour aller voir un concert et peu faire mieux pour le service au vu de l'épisode ci-dessus.
Pros:

emplacement, la décoration du lobby, petit déjeuner varié. Chambre tout à fait correcte pour une ou deux nuits.

Cons:

Nous avons fait 15-20 de fil pour pourvoir être servi au bar et quand on a demandé une boule de glace le serveur nous a dit qu'il ne faisait pas les glaces que ça prenait trop de temps.... J'ai fait remarqué qu'on avait entendu et qu'on consommait comme les autres. Il a refusé. J'ai fait observé qu'ils pourraient alors indiqué sur le frigo des glaces en évidence qu'ils n'en servaient pas. Manifestement plus intéressant de vendre en cocktail à CHF 15.- qu'un boule de glace mais nous dire que ça prend trop de temps c'est n'importe quoi.

nach einem Anlass im Hallenstadion, wollten sehr viele Leute an der Bar noch etwas drinken. Leider waren nur zwei Personen am Arbeiten. Eine kassierte ein - die andere schenkte aus.
Wir sind gut 20 Minuten angestanden bis wir bestellen konnten. Für solche Fälle muss die Bar gerüstet sein… - viele Leute sind ohne Konsumation wieder gegangen.

Ci vado spesso per lavoro, per me posizione perfetta, camera ampia e ben arredata. La colazione questa volta non l'ho fatta in hotel, ma generalmente è ottima.

Good location tired rooms
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was ok

Cons:

Room was tired / in need of refurbishment. Staff were a little unfriendly at check in- I arrived at 1450, and was told I would have to pay 10CHF to check in early (check in was at 1500)- they wouldn’t even start the process to check me in until 1500. Check out staff were charming.
