Sensacional.
Pros:

El personal es muy atento.
En especial reconozco la labor de el Sr. Carlos que nos recibió con una gran actitud, muy sonriente y servicial en todo momento.
Asimismo, la Srita. Deniss de recepción es muy amable y siempre atendió nuestras solicitudes.
El personal del desayuno estuvo al pendiente y nos acerco utensilios y bebidas hasta nuestro lugar.

The hotel does not match the quality of its staff, they are very kind and helpful

Cons:

The location is not the best, for the price I paid, there were better hotels with a better location, the reception area looks old and dirty. I honestly went with the good reviews, but it's really not worth it. The price is too high for the facilities, the food (one day they even had spaghetti...for breakfast??) and the location.

el sistema de climatización, es muy lento, en otros inmuebles con el nombre de Holiday inn, el aire acondicionado enfría en cuestión de unos pocos minutos, pero, en esta estancia, pasaron horas, para que el ambiente en la habitación, se sintiera. la cantidad de jabon corporal fue insuficiente, el segundo día de alojamiento tuvimos que comprar jabon por fuera, porque deducimos que en le periodo de limpieza por parte de la recamarera rellenarían los deposito, pero no fue así y no es como pedir servicios al cuarto cuando uno esta dentro de la habitación por eso tuvimos que comprar por nuestra cuenta. en la ultima hora de nuestra estancia sucedió que en área de desayuno mientras desayunábamos a una familia, le fue robada la bolsa personal a la mamá y esa situación lo complicó todo. no nos permitió concluir con agrado.
