We had the King Suite. The room was ok our toilet would not stop running they came in put a part to fix that. We had a sleeper sofa that we were planning on using, but when I went and asked for linings to go on it they did not have any no blankets sheets nor pillows when I asked for these at the front desk. Also is I was checking in. A gentleman had checked in in front of me came back downstairs and said that his room was not cleaned and it looked like a murder had happened in there so the rooms weren’t being clean like they were supposed to the front desk, guy had to go and clean the room so do I think it was worth what I paid for it no!!

Great place if you need somewhere to stay before your cruise out of Norfolk,VA

Unexpected stay at a great place
Pros:

For an unexpected layover of a diverted flight, the hotel was a positive surprise. The staff was friendly, the room quiet, very large and clean, the beds very comfortable. They even let me leave the suitcases in the storage room while we only took our hand luggage to the room. The breakfast was an added benefit as well.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Loved it all, the staff is the most kind souls! They were so friendly and loved speaking to them at breakfast time:) can not remember her name that was taking care of breakfast but she is phenomenal and you will lose a gem if you lose her as an employee. The front desk staff, the man that covers night shift, he is great! So kind and helpful to us all, came up at 3 am to a complaint on the floor of someone fighting and he took care of it! Such wonderful staff! Hotel is was so comfortable and clean and a short drive to the port! Will stay again 😀 let me add the rooms are very large and spacious also and I was glad to have a personal door to our bedroom and the kids their own space as well!

For the most part I enjoyed my stay.
