Had to repeatedly ask to refresh our room. 3 times. Finally on day 3 of 4 it happened. One of the primary reasons we stayed was for the hot tub which was broken the entire time and then on day 2 the pool was broken. I asked for a discount at check out and she said since I used a 3rd party I would have to ask them. Then she said the manager would call, which never happened. I am a IHG member but received a better price using Booking.com. Regardless of who we booked through, you all got our business and we are still important.
The stay was not worth the $1800 we paid. I believe you use that as an excuse to not be responsible for your property. It's not any other person's fault for the lack of service we received. Only yours. We had a single night stay booked directly with your hotel at the end of our trip, which I cancelled. Going to give someone else our money. Very frustrating and disappointing stay. I would advise not to stay here. Staff were apologetic but no results or a call.

The whirlpool was out this time, hopefully they’ll fix it. It worked great last summer. In my case it didn’t really matter since I had the jacuzzi suite.
The staff is really nice! Beautiful, cozy lobby. Parking is really easy also.
Got sent a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. Staircases don’t go from the floors to the lobby, took us outside & have to come back into the lobby from there. Design thing but didn’t like it.

the whole reason i rented a room was to take my daughters swimming we have a house in anchorage and had planned this as a little getaway we didn’t get any heads up about pool being shut down for maintenance until we were literally at the front desk checking in so we asked to cancel or reschedule our booking so far just more disappointment booking.com has not issued a refund or tried to make this right and in my opinion this should not be a hard one to decide i am very disappointed but not as disappointed as my daughters were I wish they got to see the look on my 9 year old daughters face I still feel terrible and unfortunately these are the experiences i will be remembered by super nice how they make customers pay for nothing we left we didn’t stay due to this hotel not having what was advertised as part of the deal when i gave my money its on the hotel to be true to their promise and to their customers
