When checking out they asked us to return those cardboard keys (the disposable kind), I normally throw these away when I leave the hotel. I asked why they didn’t tell us when we checked in.

Cons:

Front desk staff was able to upgrade us one room so we can stay together.

الفندق ممتاز من كل النواحي بدايةً من الموظفين المحترمين اللي يهتمون برضى المقيمين واخص يالشكر Boy and Dodo واللي في الاستقبال نسيت اسمها وايضاً الفطور اعجبني انه موضحين الأصناف الحلال وكثيره جداً اطباق عالمية وهندية، الغرفة حيل شرحه وواسعة وفيها كل شيء من ناحية أدوات النظافة الشخصية والماكرويف والصحون وكل شيء يخص المائدة والنظافة توب التوب جميلة جداً جداً الغرفة، اللوبي جميل والجلسات مريحة وحديقة الفندق تهبل تطل على النهر وفيه قارب مجاني يودي لفندق ايكون سيام الجميل بأوقات معينه، بجنب الفندق ستار بوكس وايضاً بخطوات بسيطة فيه سفن الفن

Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok was the best!
Pros:

Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and courteous. We felt safe and well taken care of. We like this hotel so much that we extended our stay there. The Concierge (Simon and his team) went above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed. The baggage staff was careful with our luggage. The breakfast spread has wide variety of food to pick from every morning. Our room was always well stocked and refreshed. Thank you for making our visit truly enjoyable.
