Fabulous hotel, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel and comfy spacious rooms. We had a room with balcony. The complimentary bottle of wine and sweets was a lovely surprise. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool area and we never had any problem finding sunbeds . The garden area next to pool was lovely with sunbeds both in the sun and shade. 5 mins walk to harbour for boat trips . 3 beaches and plenty of restaurants all in walking distance. We got bus or Uber to old town. I messaged ahead of our arrival to request early check in and they had all 3 rooms ready for us on arrival. Lovely friendly staff

Hotel Lapad is delicate Jewel that should be savoured and relished
Pros:

Property was clean, tidy, and very well kept. The staff were acceptional and very friendly and efficient. The staff made you feel like part of the family and that you were home. The heart of Hotel Lapad remain the staff… They are the best!!
This hotel remains amazing and the treatment one receives from the staff is unparalleled. From the reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff and even the cleaning staff. Also an important mention is the long standing staff members. They just bring a different level of professionalism that the younger staff memebers should strive to achieve. This hotel remains our favourite…

Cons:

We have been to this hotel a few times before. We noticed that the staff uniforms in the restaurant had changed, we also noted that there is no table cloths on the tables. The restaurant offering in terms of buffet as well as a la carte menu was a high point, this has slightly changed and the variety is less. Hotel Lapad to us always had this “old school” charm that swept you away to a time long ago where quality was rated above pleasing everyone. Please bring back some of the “old school” Hotel Lapad values. This differentiated your hotel above all others that moved on to newer thinking and less charm. We also missed the relaxed music at night outside by the pool, small dining tables with romantic lights and staff dressed to impress.

Needs renovation! Must have been nicer some 20 years ago.
Pros:

The location is good, generally clean and staff were supportive.

Cons:

It’s wornout! The air conditioning is very poor and noisy. The shower water has very low pressure and the light in the wardrobe won’t work. The hardware has definitely seen better days!

It was above average standard, location is around 10min drive from old town.
Pros:

Nice view, big room, comfortable beds, pool was nice however most of the sun beds were shaded throughout the day. The breakfast was very good. It is a small boutique hotel solid 3-4 star hotel with a mainly older crowd of people.

Cons:

The staff were friendly however, the housekeeping times were very irregular and ordering room service felt impossible due to a lack of english spoken by whoever was taking the order. They failed to take an accurate order on both occasions and I gave up trying the third because they couldn’t understand me. The pool was a lot smaller than expected, they had weird pool rules including not being able to reserve sun beds with towels and I was asked to put a shirt on despite having shorts and a towel on full covering my upper body which I found a bit creepy and up front.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location was great close to restaurants and a beautiful spot with the Marina across the road. Easy access to Old Town as bus stop pick up was short walking distance and drop off across the road.
