Cons:

Ma femme s’est présentée seule à l’hôtel à 23h pour effectuer son check-in. Elle a été accueillie par un employé au téléphone, chargé de lui expliquer la procédure pour récupérer ses clés. La première question que cet homme lui a posée ? “Vous êtes seule ?”
Une fois la réponse donnée, il a littéralement changé de ton. Ce qui aurait dû être un simple accueil professionnel s’est transformé en agression verbale pure. Propos vulgaires, attitude méprisante, refus catégorique de décliner son identité. Ma femme, seule, tard le soir, dans un endroit qu’elle ne connaissait pas encore, a dû subir ce comportement honteux de la part d’un représentant de votre établissement.
Ce n’est pas un incident anodin. C’est une question de sécurité et de dignité. Aucune femme, aucune personne ne devrait être traitée de cette façon par un professionnel de l’hôtellerie, a fortiori lorsqu’elle est seule et vulnérable.
Nous avons séjourné ici de nombreuses fois. Nous avons recommandé cet hôtel à notre entourage. Tout cela est désormais terminé.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, en particulier aux femmes voyageant seules. Et j’espère sincèrement que la direction prendra les mesures qui s’imposent, car ce type de comportement n’a absolument pas sa place dans le secteur de l’accueil.

Clean and comfortable value
Pros:

A comfortable room with a large balcony and was very nice and clean.

The kitchen was well equiped and the bed was comfortable with enough storage space for clothes.

Front office staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not too close to the metro which would be the main negative point (10 minute walk)

Ligging was goed.

Cons:

Jammer dat de kamer en de ontbijtruimte geen airco hadden.
In de ontbijtruimte hadden ze duidelijk last van een mierenplaag. De mieren kropen overal bij het eten (vooral bij de confituur).

Belle découverte à Malakoff.
Pros:

Emplacement facile d’accès par Métro et centre de Malakoff accueillant avec marché et petits restaurants.

Cons:

Espace de la chambre restreint au pied de lit pour les valises. Douche avec joints à refaire et très humide. J’aurais mis quelques bancs dans l’espace jardin pour prendre l’air n’ayant pas eu de chambre avec balcon.

-Auto konden parkeren onder gebouw.
-Goede wijze van binnen kunnen, met pasje, zodat vreemden niet binnen konden.
-Aanwezigheid van koelkast.

Cons:

Geen echte airco aanwezig was.
De fan deed wel iets maar maakt ook erg veel lawaai.
