Hotel was modern and clean . Quite a few choices at breakfast . Pool area good with lots of sunbeds. Big comfy beds
Pool was very very small and in shade. No staff to clear breakfast table. Its a buffet breakfast but plates build up at the table and no staff to clear them . We were a table of 4
I expected more for the price
La ubicación es buena.
Bastante decepcionado. Me alojé desde el jueves 10/09/2026 al lunes 14/09/2026 en la habitación 302. Nada más llegar detectamos que no había gel en la ducha y que no funcionaban ni el teléfono para llamar a recepción ni el minibar.
Para que repusieran el gel pasaron dos días, con sus dos respectivos avisos. Pero lo peor vino con el minibar. Nos marchamos del hotel el lunes y el minibar seguía sin funcionar. Llegué a quejarme 6-7 veces a recepción, tanto en persona como por teléfono (desde mi teléfono, porque el de la habitación no funcionaba) y no nos hicieron ni caso. Nos dejamos medio sueldo en comprar botellas de agua frías porque estar en Murcia a 35º sin nevera es complicado...
Creo que para un hotel de 4 estrellas y con el precio que han costado las 4 noches habría que cuidar un poco más al cliente.

La terraza de la habitación es grande y está bien pero no tiene demasiada privacidad
La piscina es muy pequeña pero el espacio es bueno
Pretender cobrar 10€ por toalla.aunque luego lo devuelvan es un gesto muy feo. En otros hoteles no cobran.
La gasolinera por la noche cuidado ⚠️ aunque no es mala zona en general
L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal pour aller dans le centre-ville de Murcia.
L’hôtel est plus destiné aux affaires qu’aux loisirs de part sa décoration intérieure hall d’entrée et chambre.
La piscine laisse à désirer, situé au premier étage,elle est très petite et ne donne pas envie de se prélasser autour, pseudo jardin à l’étroit.
Parking payant en sous-sol à 14€ par jour, plus que limite raisonnable pour un hôtel ….
Chambre super propre rien à dire et c’est très important pour nous
Seul point négatif parking souterrain est coûteux
