Pros:

Housekeeping made it really fun for my son and even left nice little notes saying have a good day!

Cons:

When requesting extra bedding it took forever to get. Took multiple times asking for it.

Would recommend this hotel
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have to move our vehicle because the hotel offered a shuttle service to Seaworld and Aquatica. TGI Friday and Buffalo Wild Wings were walking distance from the hotel.

How close it was to seaworld. The rooms smelled great. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

Everything was great, The only thing we don’t care for was they gave our room away and we ended up over at the Fairfield sister property instead without them notifying us.

Prime location, great staff and very clean facility!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and courteous, breakfast was very good and filling, plenty of area for everyone to sit. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the pool area was great for the kids. Right next door to SeaWorld and Aquatica, it is a great location.

Cons:

The vents in the bathrooms were not working so steam was getting trapped from the shower. Also, the shower head was not tightened properly so water shot everywhere when we turned the shower on, we tightened it and it fixed the problem but we had to get water off of the ceiling. Nothing major at all, we would definitely stay here again!

It's my go to Hotel in the area. You can't beat what you get for the price.
