Good experience.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast arrangements and choices, clean rooms and clean facility. So are the staff members could smile more.

Cons:

Waiting for the shuttle was that worth it we waited 20 minutes and he never showed up so we used our own vehicle. Do not count on the shuttle.

Had an awesome stay
Pros:

Our flight was a red-eye flight and we arrived way early in the morning. We went to the hotel to drop our bags off and come back to check in but they had a room available and checked us in. That was unexpected made our arrival day so much better. We appreciated that very much. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed several nights. They cleaned the room every other day. Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, toast. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in after a day at the parks. The location was great for the activities we planned. It was also nice to have restaurants and a CVE nearby to walk to. We used the shuttle a few times although it did break down for a few days. They did send a temporary van to pick us up during that time.

It was great
Pros:

Our plan was to go to seaworld and the fact the hotel was right next door was perfect. Also that their concierge service offered fast passes for Seaworld was awesome!

La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación y lo cómoda que es.

Cons:

El desayuno no es tan completo, si se acaba, no ponían más y por otro lado, la limpieza de la habitación es día de por medio, eso me pareció terrible!

En ese hotel me robaron

Hola buenas tardes! De mi habitación se robaron un par de zapatos, dijeron que iban a solucionar el tema, estuve del 22 al 29 de septiembre, hasta el momento no recibo ninguna respuesta de su parte cuando se comprometieron a solucionar, alargaron el asunto hasta que yo haga check out, me fuera del país y no reclamara más

If you’re going to the parks, this is about the best you can do.
Pros:

Very easy to get in and out of the parking lot and super close to the parks!

Cons:

There was some construction going on in the main lobby, and on the 3rd floor. It wasn’t too bad and I know it needs to be done which is why I didn’t let it affect the score I gave.
