Pros:

We were upgraded free of charge. Huge room with a fantastic bathroom and overlooking the main street. We had tea/coffee facilities and a really comfortable bed. The room was warm with lovely.liggting and new carpets etc. We stay regularly in Aberdeen but we have never stayed here before but we will definitely be using drom now on. Location is excellent, central and directly opposite Union Square.

Absolutely nothing.

Amazing value stay and very central.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Union Square and Union Street. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I made two separate bookings back to back, and they kindly accommodated my request to stay in the same room throughout.

The double room was comfortable, tv, wardrobe, warm in the evening with a large radiator, complimentary tea and coffee and a great view over the harbour. The shower was hot, the bathroom was clean, and the room was well cleaned during my stay.

Thanks again and will stay here again.

Amazing value for money! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent staff and hotel
Pros:

The location is opposite Union bus station - very central. Rooms have double glazing and thick walls - it keeps the street noise out and gives a peaceful sleep. The manager Anu is exceptionally welcoming. Highly recommended.

Well priced for 2 nights, clean room with nice toiletries and the staff were lovely

Cons:

The key given for the room also opened up the front door and the door at the bottom of the stairs which led me to believe everyone could open everyone else’s doors which caused some anxiety.

Convenient, priced well and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location extremely convenient and central, we visit Aberdeen regularly and usually stay here as meets all our needs. Price is reasonable and affordable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and easy to request any extra towels et al if necessary. The property is close to train and bus stations which added to convenience. Would stay here again.

Perfect
Pros:

The lady at reception was lovely. She sorted out an ironing board and iron for me and took it to my room which was on the 3rd floor. She also gave me an upgrade to a double room from my original single. The room was clean, the shower was excellent (that's a big plus for me), and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for my city centre night out. All of that for under £40. 10/10 and 5 stars.

Excellent value for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and provided everything I needed. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very close to the magnificent Maritime Museum - and the Orkney and Shetland ferries are parked close to there.

Cons:

Location is slightly noisy in the evening but then it’s also a stone’s throw from the station, Union Square and other facilities. Once The Green’s redevelopment is completed the ambience behind will improve.

Totally suited my requirements. Great view of the harbour from the window.
Pros:

I was greeted very friendly from the lady at reception and it was a hassle free check in. I was very comfortable staying just the one night but I’d happily stay at Aberdeen house again.

Cons:

No complaints from my stay over. Although the building is obviously old the room I was in very comfortable and clean for my needs.
