Good for a short stay.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.Caffe,tea,milk,kettle,cosmetics.Very clean

Cons:

No hot water. The window can only be tilted open, and you can't see anything through it. Only one TV channel and no Smart TV.

very pleasant near everything great staff a couple of little bits but nothing to worry about
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find staff very welcoming near everything we needed

Cons:

Found the stairs hard work lucky we did not have cases could have used a lift and would have been nice to open a window to let some air in and found it strange having to ask for the room to be cleaned

Pros:

Excellent location, I had a nice room with views of the docks. Very quiet, I never saw or heard another guest.
My room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

Cons:

Reception only manned at certain hours
Bus stop right outside so people often standing in the entrance doorway.
I damaged my toe on a very sharp corner of the bed.
TV didnt work but that didnt bother me.

The owner was so helpful. I asked for first floor and room with a bath and I got that! Thank you very much
Pros:

The room and bathroom were massive. I could have had a party! Location was so central. Cleaning lady was brilliant and so helpful.

Cons:

No food facilities but the hotel is central so went out for food. No lift but it’s an old building.

Nice cozy apartment
Pros:

Very cozy nice and clean room. The bar open late downstairs is a plus, additionaly breakfast served in the morning as well. Main street location in a small town with a beautiful park and recreational area for families.

Pros:

If you need somewhere to base yourself while exploring northeast Scotland, this place is hard to beat for value. Was given a family room (more space, windows on two sides so plenty of light), which was appreciated. Warm welcome when I checked in. Bus and train stations, along with Union Square shopping centre, less than 5min walk away. Northlink Ferries about 10-15min walk. Room clean with plenty of tea/coffee provided.

Cons:

Only one, but is mentioned: no lift.
