Camere squisitamente arredate con gusto in stile retrò, mantenute in modo impeccabile e pulitissime. Personale gentile e disponibile e posizione perfetta per lasciare l'auto in garage e visitare il centro di Lucca a piedi. Consigliato senza indugio.

Great location, lovely staff and brilliant breakfast.
Pros:

We were met on arrival to off load the cases. Parking was available close by. Staff were so attentive and were brilliant. Nice big bedroom and great shower room. Air conditioning was excellent. Nice breakfast!

Ideal für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuss und ohne Parkplatzsuche erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet eine eigene sichere Garage für das Auto. Dort sind die Abmessungen des Autos beschränkt. Für grössere Autos, wie in unserem Fall, steht eine bewachte private Einstellhalle zur Verfügung. Diese ist in 4 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar, aber nur von 8 -18 Uhr offen. Sie konnte aber vom Hotelpersonal auch mitten in der Nacht, z.. nach einer Vorstellung der Puccini-Festspiele, bedient werden. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufgestellt, einfach vorbildlich.

Great hotel to stay at if you’re visiting the old town
Pros:

This is a remarkably beautiful historic hotel with a good location nearby all of the good restaurants and in the centre of the old town. The staff was very helpful to us. And the room was quite cozy and the decor suited the historical nature of the hotel. It was a great idea to name the rooms after Puccini’s works.

Cons:

As the hotel is in the old town, driving to the hotel may be a bit scary especially if you are in a big car. Try and reserve Parking ahead of time since it can get full quickly. The breakfast was fine but because it is not a big hotel, the choice was a bit limited.
