A lovely Italian Palazzo decorated in a traditional style and in a great location. No shower but refreshing to have a good bath instead. The staff and owner were amazing. Great comms on driving into the city and very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was also great.
Facilities could benefit from a refresh in places. - maybe accommodate a bath and shower?

Bei der Einrichtung des Zimmers wurde sehr viel Augenmerk auf ein stimmiges, stilvolles Bild gelegt. Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben gerne geholfen.

Everything. It is a truly wonderful hotel. Brilliant staff, gorgeous room, crisp air-conditioning, quiet. Beautiful views from balcony. The staff gave excellent suggestions for dinner. We can’t wait to go back. And the location in the exquisite walled city of Lucca was perfect.

We had a slight issue with the car park attendant that the hotel uses - he spoke limited English and was very stressed and rude to us but it was a very safe place to park
