Jól felszerelt szoba, kényelmes ágy, tisztaság! Nagyon jó helyen, a katedrálisban szemben. Reggeli super volt.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba lehetett volna kicsit nagyobb és bár volt ablak a szobában, csak belső zárt lépcsőházra nyílt, ami kellemes látvány volt, de a friss levegő hiányzott.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da wegen der Top Lage!

Die Lage ist top! Das Hotel ist auf der einen Seite einer Entdeckungsreise von vielen historischen Ereignissen, die dort stattgefunden haben müssen. Es ist auch sehr detailreich und liebevoll inszeniert und alles erhalten an Historie was geht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden.
Das einzige was schmeckt, sind die Croissants und der Käse. Alles andere war meist leer, nicht aufgefüllt. Angefangen vom Tee über Eier. Viel mehr gab es leider auch nicht außer Schinken und Salami und ein geschmackloser Obstsalat.
Das ganze Hotel ist von der Ausstattung und den Zimmern sehr in die Jahre gekommen, überall liegen Teppiche, was unhygienisch und nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Die Bäder sehr alt und es wirkt in der ein oder anderen Ecke etwas schmuddelig.

Wir haben uns im Hôtel de la Cathédrale in Straßburg sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch – direkt gegenüber dem Straßburger Münster. Man öffnet die Tür und befindet sich mitten im historischen Zentrum. Besonders schön ist die Atmosphäre am frühen Morgen und am Abend, wenn es rund um die Kathedrale etwas ruhiger wird.
Das Hotel selbst hat sehr viel Charme und passt wunderbar zu Straßburg. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und angenehm. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für mich ist dieses Hotel vor allem wegen seiner einzigartigen Lage und besonderen Atmosphäre eine sehr gute Adresse. Wer Straßburg wirklich erleben und mitten in der Altstadt wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Absolutely loved Strasbourg, would definitely recommend hotel
Pros:

Exceptional location right opposite the hotel, cosy room right at the top of hotel... just lovely

Cons:

Lift only went from first floor... so wide spiral staircase, bit of an issue with large suitcase then once we came out of lift, more steps to negotiate before getting to cosy room.
Not a lot of help from reception in trying to order a taxi back to station... poor show.
