Le lenzuola sono state, ovviamente insieme al duomo, la cosa piu bella di Strasburgo ; una menzione particolare per la cameriera del bar di fronte al duomo, che mi offrira un buon motivo per ritornare aĺ hotel Catedrale, ma in stanza doppia

La chambre la plus vétuste de l'hôtel?

Le lieu, nous sommes à 2 pas de la cathédrale

Cons:

La chambre présentait un état général assez décevant pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Les murs, dont la peinture est marquée par des salissures, mériteraient d'être rafraîchis. L'espace est exigu et la fenêtre donne sur une cour intérieure peu lumineuse, ce qui renforce l'impression de manque de confort.

Plusieurs détails nuisent également à la qualité du séjour : la télécommande du téléviseur était sale et l'offre de chaînes est très limitée. Le receveur de douche présentait de petites traces qui auraient pu être éliminées avec un nettoyage plus approfondi. Le dessus-de-lit était taché et la liseuse située au-dessus du lit ne fonctionnait pas.

Dans l'ensemble, ces manquements ne sont pas à la hauteur des standards que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel de ce rang.

En revanche, le personnel constitue un véritable point fort : accueillant, sympathique et professionnel, il contribue à rendre le séjour plus agréable malgré les insuffisances constatées.

my experience was very disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located just a short walk from both the metro and train stations. The location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, and although I reported the issue, it was never fixed. I had to sleep with the window open because the room was too hot, but I ended up getting bitten by mosquitoes.

I had booked a room for one person with a queen-size bed, but instead I was given a room with two single beds for the same price.

The breakfast was also quite poor for a 4-star hotel. The bread was stale, and there were flies in the dining area, which was very unpleasant.

The only downside is that there is no elevator to the first floor. The staff kindly helped me carry my suitcase upstairs when I arrived, but when I checked out, I had to carry it downstairs by myself.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I expected much better from a 4-star hotel.
