Pros:

交通方便，建議走岡山一番街直通高島屋，上一樓出百貨後門再走一下下就到了。空間很大，環境維持得新且乾淨，超乎預期的舒適。很多設施和服務都感受到飯店為住客細心著想。一樓的松本清有售熟食冷飲，有名的餐廳也在走路5分鐘內的距離。

Pros:

好吃的日式早餐，都是原型食物。一定要吃個早餐再出門, 周邊沒有什麼地點方便坐下來好好吃早餐的選擇。
房間也大27吋行李箱可以完全攤開。雖然飯店比較有年代, 之前查詢過飯店有翻新整理, 房間乾淨。

Cons:

無飲水機, 大廳無提供咖啡或水, 當旅客一路抵達時, 也是需要喝杯水、洗個手再進行住房登記的。特別是在夏季日本相當炎熱每天大太陽三十幾度的高溫。
