It was good but can be better.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The staff are all nice. And our room is clean and spacious.

Cons:

The room is not soundproof unlike other hotel rooms weve been on. You can clearly hear people from outside the room.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, we booked two rooms and they were adjoining, and the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend for families and it was close to Opry Mills. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The adjoining room doors would not stay open. The automatically closed.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Welcoming
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here while attending my sorority’s conference at the nearby Gaylord Resort. The hotel staff were very pleasant, greeting everyone with a smile and answering any questions that were asked of them. The morning breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. It is also a short ride to the airport.

Cons:

Although I enjoyed the breakfast, I would have liked to see more variety.

Pros:

The accommodations were excellent. The room was very clean and the location was great. The breakfast was really good except the eggs we a little scorched. Great setup for breakfast and location. Really nice back patio outside.

Cons:

Just the eggs and no tour bus from the hotel. We had very little contact with hotel staff. None of the phones worked

Not the best experience
Pros:

It was not the best experience. Front desk was nice, but once we got to the room we always check the beds. There little spiders everywhere on the bed closest to the window. Also underneath the mattresses were very dirty, fake finger nails, other debris as well.
The beds were not very comfortable. I hate writing such a poor review but we hope it’ll help others when looking.
