Hotel was in a convenient location, was very clean and had a nice breakfast.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Loved the location! Close to the Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the pool area was very clean, though the water was a little cold at first. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff left cute towel characters in our room before we checked in! Definitely recommend this location! They even had a shuttle that took us downtown for the day and picked us up when we wanted to get back to the hotel, and the charge was pretty cheap compared to parking in downtown.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Loved everything. Room was quiet, blinds covered windows perfectly without sun or lights coming through. Room was spotless. And loved the high quality Dove products. Loved the microwave, fairly large refrigerator, and coffee table with everything you need for your morning coffee. And there was so much room to walk around without bumping into each other.

Can't complain about one thing

The best hotel we have stayed in. Will try IHG again.
Pros:

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for years. Except for me cleaning the top of the light switches, everything was clean. Food was good. Staff were all very nice.

Cons:

No place to hang towels in the bath room.

It was convenient and enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was really easy to get to, it was right across from the Opry Mills Mall that was really convenient. Breakfast was always really good.

Cons:

The pool room was very strongly chlorinated, it didnt quite burn your eyes to be in there, but close.
