Worthy unforgettable moments in Whitsunday
Pros:

Nicola is the best and the sweetest manager. The whole room is big enough for family trip and the view from the balcony is amazing. Everything in the room is thoughtful and friendly.

Million dollar view! Spacious apartment and lovely staff.
Pros:

The amazing views. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. The lady who runs it was amazing. All the staff were. They were so quick to respond to anything.

Cons:

The hill is a big one! But worth it for the views.

Would not recommend
Pros:

A well appointed apartment, clean and well stocked with appliances, cutlery, flat ware etc etc.
The resort staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful.
The views are amazing.

Cons:

You need to be part mountain goat to negotiate the resort driveway and the road in front of the resort.
We were very disappointed that, even after emailing the resort to enquire about access, we were not told the truth.
The reply merely stated that there were steps to every apartment - in reality there were 34 steps to our apartment.
The parking is also difficult. Even though each apartment has a garage, they are so small that even a mid sized car has difficulty getting inside.
The wifi was diabolically bad, and as there is no aerial connection for the TVs, even watching TV was a challenge. The wifi was so unpredictable that watching nothing on TV was virtually impossible.

Pros:

Solo la posizione, anche se dopo aver visitato la cittadina, posso dire che c'è di meglio a minor prezzo.

Cons:

La pulizia... situazione assurda, ho dovuto pulire tutte le stoviglie. Lavastoviglia e lavatrice che emanano cattivi odori. L'interno dei mobili sporchi... abbiamo lasciato tutto in valigia!
La reception ha orari scomodossimi... non puoi parlare con nessuno. Ci hanno dato solo shampoo e saponette, ed hanno detto che non avevano docciaschiuma.

Consistantly amazing
Pros:

Love Toscanas, have stayed there many times over the years. Great location, so convenient to the main street and I actually love the hill for getting those steps in after lots of food and drinks. Fabulous views and kookaburras on the balcony made it even better

Cons:

If I'm being picky the beds are very hard but that is just personal preference.

Apart from a few small things, i really enjoyed my stay. Minus the hill, it is in a great location

The view and balcony facilities were amazing! Value for money was great. Living area and table was a very nice addition. Staff were great. We arrived on a rainy day and the woman at reception moved us into a closer room so we didnt have to move our stuff or walk too far in the rain - felt very welcome. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms and wardrobe space was great too.

Cons:

The single beds in the 2nd bedroom were not very comfortable - they were on wheels so when you moved the bed seemed to come with you. The pillows were also slightly lumpy on my bed so i think those were due an upgrade. Kitchen appliances were slightly dirty - kettle had a lot of limescale etc.
