A great stay
Pros:

Everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant stay. As always, the breakfast was excellent and definitely not to be missed! Highly recommended!

One day the breakfast was move from 23 floor to 22, that day it was very complex

O hotel é bem localizado e o café da manhã é excelente, com uma vista privilegiada da cidade e com um ótimo atendimento. O quarto era bem confortável, mas achamos que precisaria de uma renovação.

Cons:

Nossa recepção no hotel não foi das melhores. O recepcionista que nos atendeu parecia estar sem paciência para nos dar explicações sobre o hotel. E quando perguntamos sobre o que havia perto do hotel (lojas e restaurantes) ele não soube nos informar. Também achamos falta de serviço de laundromat. Tivemos que procurar uma laundromat nas proximidades do hotel

Отличный отель недалеко от станции Намба. Удобно добираться до аэропорта. Рядом несколько линий метро . Завтрак потрясающий. Великолепный вид из окна на город на 26 этаже ). Всё было отлично !

Estancia perfecta, desayuno muy bueno, camas excelentes.
