חדר מרווח ונקי , הינו בקומה ה 29 , ויש נוף מדהים לעיר ,.יפה במיוחד בליחה. צוות שירותי ,.עוזר וקשוב. מיקום מעולה , 10 דק הליכה לדוטונבורי ולכל השווקים ,.בדיוק מעל תחנת נמבה ( אפילו יש כניסה מתוך הבניין לתחנה ) כמה דקות הליכה ממסוף האוטובוסים לשדה. נוח להגעה .

The hotel is in a very good location, and the rooms are clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job.

Unfortunately, the weakest part of the hotel is everything related to the reception and guest services. For example, when our luggage arrived, nobody informed us. When we went to the reception to ask about it, they handed us the suitcases, but unlike other hotels in this category, they did not send them up to our room. We had to carry all of our luggage ourselves.

The breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view, and the quality of the breakfast is good. However, it was disappointing that breakfast is served on plastic trays with plastic plates while Vivaldi’s classical music is playing in the background to create an elegant atmosphere. The contrast between the intended ambiance and the dining experience is quite striking.

Overall, we expected more from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, we will choose a different hotel on our next visit.
