It's definitely a good choice if want to be close to Namba, value for money for a big room
Pros:

Location is excellent, just a 3min walk to Nankai line to the airport, plenty of restaurants nearby and only 10min walk to the Namba cental. The room is big and spacious, which exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The view was bad. We only saw window of the same hotel directly facing towards us.
Another thing I found a bit inconvenient compared to other hotels was the procedure for sending luggage to another hotel. Usually the receptionist would take the lugagge, measure it and handle the rest. Here i had to fill out the form myself, pay it online and show them a QR code.

Very classy hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location was great, a nice stroll to Dotonbori, shops and restaurants. The room was great however didn't like that the bed was against a wall. Towels, water and toiletries were replaced everyday. Like the Monterey in Kyoto (stayed prior to coming to Osaka) it was very a classy looking hotel and pictures were exactly as advertised.

Cons:

We queried about breakfast but declined due to the approx. price of AUD$40 per person. Was happy to use Starbucks down stairs at a cheaper price.

Amazing hotel and would stay again if we wanted to explore more of Osaka
Pros:

It was a very nice and fancy hotel and close by to Dotonburi street by walking and also located near the metro so everything was accessible. Also it was located above a pretty big grocery store and family mart so if you needed fruits or drinks or food, you can easily access it.

Location was great where it was far enough to be quiet but close enough to be walkable.

Cons:

The only downside that I can think of is that it takes two different elevators to get to your room.
