If staying in Namba, you cannot beat the value, friendliness and location.

Cons:

This time the staff, room and cleanliness, was excellent. This is my fifth time staying at this hotel and I can see how they have improved over the years. Location is just perfect. The Namba station is a five minute walk and shopping at Dotonbori is very close as well.

Was good till this happened

Location and size of room

Cons:

My son and I left a few items (AirPods and my jacket) we immediately informed them. But they couldn’t find them. Which is strange and asked us to follow once new guest leaves. I literally left my jacket hanging inside the closet. So they didn’t check? AirPods were left by bedside. Find my AirPods could show location and after a day it had a different location so obviously someone took it. Was expecting more because it’s a 4 star hotel and it’s Japan
