Мы были приятно удивлены оказанным нам сервисом . Все соответствует дорогому качественному отелю .От парковки , расположения у озера , спа и номер со всеми нужными мелочами . Все на высшем качестве ! Затрак замечательный , классический , с очень вкусными натуральными продуктами .

Pros:

Das Hotel ist fast am Wasser. Das Personal ist freundlich und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Betten sind groß. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Das der Spa Bereich ganz schlecht ausgeschildert ist. Und man soll für die Benutzung Vorreservieren. Der Bereich am Gardasee Ufer ist noch im Bau, bei uns war eine Baustelle dort.

Cons:

Le menu du restaurant, trop sophistiqué un peu prétentieux... en Italie on vient aussi pour déguster des plats locaux et simples !

Das Haus hat schon einige Jahre hinter sich, aber für kurze Aufenthalte perfekt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich sortiert. Brot könnte etwas frischer sein.
Betten Supergross.

Cons:

Im Bad fanden sich lange , dunkle Haare von Vorbenutzerinnen an mehreren Stellen. DIE BADEWANNE konnte nur zum Duschen benutzt werden. Der Abfluss lies sich nicht abdichten. Die Sauna wird in Badekleidung und ohne Handtüchern benutzt. Aber das hat wohl kulturelle Gründe.

Wir sind zum vierten Mal im Hotel gewesen, wir werden es nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel.

Cons:

Innenpool mit Windelkindern! Dusche ohne Tür tägliche Überschwemmung. Bad zu klein keine Zahnputzgläser. Kein Willkommensgruß. Fehlender Wasserkocher etc. Plastikblumen in der Lobby. Ungepflegte Außenanlagen. Wir hatten dazu noch ein Zimmer ohne Balkon.

Overall a great hotel - would have loved tea/coffee facilities in the room though!
Pros:

Staff were great - so helpful & attentive & nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was smashing - good choice, all fresh and plentiful.
Room was bright & airy and, given its position close to the bar area, it was relatively quiet.

Cons:

There wasn’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was very disappointing as it’s something I would have expected as standard in any hotel regardless of star rating and this hotel is rated 4*. If you wanted a cuppa anytime after breakfast when it was served you had to buy it - little bit annoying for us tea lovers. ☕️

Pros:

O café da manhã é maravilhoso.
Quarto espaçoso. Banheiro bonito com produtos ótimos.
Localização muito boa.

Cons:

A piscina estava fria.
Precisava reservar hora para piscina, restaurante... chato.
