Great stay. Great potential. Needs more work

The big clean rooms and the nice staff. Breakfast was also good

Concierge staff (2) super friendly and helpful.
used luggage storage (safe and very helpful staff to gain access and then plastic bags for wet bathing suits)
Breakfast staff also very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

flexibility to use facilities outside of reservation time (we had late flight departure and wanted to stay at pool after check out time, then shower and change)

Schönes Hotel, das wir weiterempfehlen können.
Pros:

Reichhaltiges und geschmacklich sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer inkl. Bad und WC war sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption, bei der Reinigung und im Service des Restaurants war während des gesamten Aufenthalts überaus nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Das waren Kleinigkeiten wie der kalte gebratene Speck beim Frühstück und der Umstand, dass der hoteleigene Zugang zum See zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht möglich war. Das Saunaangebot bzw. die Sauna selbst könnten etwas größer sein. Außerdem kann die Sauna nur in Badekleidung benutzt werden, was wir etwas eigenartig fanden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt es nur wenige bzw. haben wir, als wir nach dem Ausflug in Sirmione vom Hafen in Desenzano zurück ins Hotel wollten, keinen Bus bzw. eine Haltestelle entdeckt und mussten daher zu Fuß zurückgehen.

Cons:

Zdjęcia z ogłoszenia nie odpowiadają realiom. Hotel jest stary i zniszczony, pleśń w łazienkach a wyposażenie dawno powinno zostać wymienione. Hotel znajduje się daleko od centrum Gardy w raczej zaniedbanej części Włoch.

Bella la struttura, la stanza, la spa e buona la colazione

Cons:

La manutenzione un po' carente, per un hotel da 300€ a notte, non posso trovare la piscina con le foglie nell'acqua, i corrimani per scendere in acqua pieni di ragnatele e sotto un ombrellone abbiamo trovato il nido di un ragno sicuramente li dà tanto tempo
