Etape de rêve
Pros:

Tout etait parfait pour notre etape en famille avec ma femme et mon fils de 3 ans.. Equipement top, emplacement top. Les 3 piscines au top avec l acces direct au lac. Et le petit dejeuné irresistible. Je recommande a 100%.

Poor and not really a wellness hotel
Cons:

The gym was in a completely unacceptable condition. Three out of the five machines were out of order, severely limiting the equipment available to use. This included the treadmill, which was out of order.
The free weights were also inadequate. There was only one pair each of 4 kg, 6 kg, and 10 kg dumbbells available, with the remaining racks containing only pairs of 10 kg and 12 kg dumbbells. There was no proper range of weights to cater for different exercises or fitness levels.
In addition, the exercise bike had no display screen attached, making it impossible to monitor time, speed, distance, or calories burned. It was also not possible to increase the incline, further limiting its functionality.
The chest press machine was also unusable as the pivot pin was broken, making it unsafe to operate.
Overall, the gym facilities were poorly maintained and fell well below the standard that should reasonably be expected.

Dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterbe verdient...
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.
Hotel war direkt am Gardasee.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine vermüllte Umgebung vor der Terrasse. Trotz der Reklamation unserer Seits, hat niemand darauf reagiert und es war am Abreisetag immernoch vermüllt.
Wir hatten eine Ameisenstrasse im Zimmer.
Auf den Kissen hatten wir kleine Blutflecken. (Nicht von uns).
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei (Hundefreundliches Hotel). Bein essen war er nicht erwünscht worüber wir an der Reception nicht informiert wurden. Nach langem hin und her, war das Personal so nett und hat uns einen separaten Tisch ausserhalb des Restaurants zur Verfügung gestellt.
Am Pool musste man im Wasser Badekappen anziehen, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt...

Szuper szálláshely, szívből ajánlom!
Pros:

A reggeli finom és bőséges volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, mindenki nagyon jól beszélt angolul, a kommunikációval nem volt probléma. A szálloda kültéri medencéjéből gyönyörű a kilátás a tóra. A kültéri medencétől van egy kis kapu ami a tóhoz vezet, két strand is nagyon közel van. A városközpont gyalogszerrel elérhető, akárt a tóparton sétálva, akár egy rövidebb úton. Jó éttermek, kellemes kiszolgálás és óriási gombóc fagyi várja a vendégeket a belvárosban.

Cons:

A bár sokszor zárva volt a szállodában is és a kültéri medencénél is, persze ezzel sokat spóroltunk :)

Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה. הייתי שמחה אם היתה אופציה יותר רחבה בעניין הביצים (אומלט או משהו בסגנון).

Cons:

הבריכה הפנימית היתה קפואה ולא היה נעים להיכנס אליה, גם הג'קוזי היה קר וזה ביאס.
עשינו מסז' בספא של המלון שהיה בינוני מינוס.
