We all had an amazing stay and we are all very relaxed
Pros:

The pool and spa were amazing, rooms and beds were very comfortable & very clean which made for a wonderful stay

Cons:

Tv was too small and in need of an upgrade but everything else was perfect.

Large comfortable clean unit with beautiful pool and garden
Pros:

The pool area was lovely and unit spacious.

Cons:

Very strict with how to leave the unit or extra cleaning charges. We had to give credit card details before arrival on top of booking with booking.com

Nice stay beside the ocen, at surfer's paradise
Pros:

The fine touch in the internal decoration of the apartment, ease of access to pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, parking on site.

I likes the layout of all the buildings and how the the apartments were to everything around

Cons:

The bedroom in the apartment I booked felt like Harry potters room under the stairs, however all the other rooms and areas were very nice

Pros:

It was close to the convention that I was attending. Big size unit with everything I needed.

Cons:

Finding the allocated car space. Very confusing 🫤 and hard to navigate, even using the map I was given. The car park numbers were not in order.

Excellent location, nice property overall with good facilities. A few issues mostly relating to housekeeping but overall
Pros:

Location was excellent, we walked into town and also to rail station. Pool area with spa and BBQ was good, we used it a lot. Staff were responsive. Rooms had everything we needed.

Cons:

Was not cleaned adequately. We had previous guests’ towels hung to dry in the closet and friends had a used nappy in their room.
