Please note there is currently construction of the Cross River Rail project at Roma Street Station, located opposite the property. Due to this, guests may experience noise disturbances, however every effort will be made by the property to keep this minimal. Pros:

Perfect location. Opposite Roma St, station. Easy walk to all Brisbane sites and shops. Easy walk to Brisbane River and water transport.

Good location for train, and busway. Spacious rooms.

Right opposite Roma Street station for Airport train and busway to suburbs. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Loud machinery noise from 3am at new Roma Street station cross river rail site. Some paint had peeled off my room door, and in some of the hallway also.

Great location close to Suncorp Stadium and Caxton Street

Cons:

Bad paint job and bad repairs to wall around light fixtures. Bathroom was terrible. Grim at bottom of shower screen, mirror old, bad paint job. Bathroom door badly cracked. 2 staff when we checked in. 1 made eye contact. Person who served me made no eye contact and wasn't dressed professionally. Dressed in a tracked suit, and the top was half zipped up, revealing a crop top. Not suitable for front of house

Very comfortable unit with everything you need.
Pros:

Great location nearby to Roma Street train station, the city and had nearby restaurant options. The room was very clean, cosy, had a bath, kitchenette and separate bedroom. I had to ring to arrange after hours check in which was easy. The staff were very helpful and I was also able to store my luggage there for the day as long as I was back before reception closed at 4pm. I would stay here again when in Brisbane for sure.

Limited reception hours may be an issue if needing to store luggage after 4pm on day of departure.
