Convenient location, courteous staff, clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

Great location, close to JR station, lots of shops and eateries around the area. Familymart next to the entrance of the hotel. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good value for money.

My 1st choice will be Daiwa roynett from now on.

​Room: Great size with a window, very clean. Large bed for two and enough space for luggage.
​Amenities: Spacious bathroom with strong water pressure. Good hairdryer. Daily changes for towels and pajamas, plus 2 free bottles of water daily.
​Facilities: On-site washing machine and microwave.
​Location: Short walk from the station. Surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping malls.
​Value & Travel: Cheaper than staying in central Tokyo. Perfect base for traveling to Yokohama, Kamakura, and quick access to Tokyo.
​Note: Remember to switch the AC to 'cooling mode' during summer—it cools the room down perfectly.

Cons: The area has many izakayas and bars, with women calling in customers along the streets. However, it doesn't feel overly scary or unsafe.
