Ein aussergewöhnlich stilvoller und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service.

Besonders begeistert hat uns das stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer sowie die aussergewöhnlich angenehme Atmosphäre des gesamten Hauses. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – sowohl qualitativ als auch hinsichtlich des Services und des Ambientes auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Hervorheben möchten wir zudem die Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des Empfangsteams, das sich jederzeit sofort und sehr freundlich um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat.

Cons:

Lediglich die Halterung der Dusche war leicht beschädigt, sodass sie sich gelegentlich gelöst hat. Nachdem wir dies bemerkt hatten, liess sich die Situation jedoch problemlos handhaben. Insgesamt wurde auch dieses kleine Detail durch den hervorragenden Service und die besondere Atmosphäre des Hotels mehr als ausgeglichen.

Pros:

I have stayed in a lot of European hotels. This is my favorite Elegant, quiet, clean wonderful food and wine and, best of all, a terrace set among trees where the birds sing and waiters serve you wine amnd meals. The staff was helpful and. gracious. 20 min to Frankfurt airport by taxi at non rush hour.

The Wi-Fi was not great

Everything was fine at the hotel

The traffic had to be rerouted around the construction in the area. Very difficult to get back to the hotel

Pros:

Sehr schönes stadtnahes Hotel, man kann alles in der Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erlaufen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und eins bekommen. Das Auto kann gegen Gebühr direkt am Haus geparkt werden.
