We were extremely satisfied with our stay
Pros:

Wonderful and friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location is excellent - very easy to get to the city center, with both a tram stop and metro station nearby. We also had the opportunity to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Additionally, we were checked in at 10 AM even though regular check-in is usually after 3 PM.

The hotel also has a restaurant, bar, spa, and its own area for walks, which is definitely a big plus. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the interior was stylish and cozy

Cons:

There was a little dust on the shelves, and there were no slippers. But overall, everything was fine and comfortable

Great team of staff
Pros:

Incredibly helpful staff on Reception and in the Wellness Centre. Big shout out to the Manager of the Wellness Centre who found me things to wear in the gym, as my suitcase never arrived from London.
Terrific breakfast.

Ottima colazione con a disposizione un po' di tutto dal salato al dolce e frutta varia.
letti molto comodi, bell'appartamento spazioso e su un piano discretamente alto il 4°.
Fermate del treno Lalylaan e fermate del tram verso il centro un pochino scomode da raggiungere a piedi
