My experience at the Aloft was a a wonderful great experience. The rooms were excellent and very comfortable. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the rooms. I really enjoyed my stay.

TV did not work in room so maintenance had to come. We had no bath towels, only hand towel. Conditioner was empty. During the night you can hear every toilet flush around...

no black out curtains, noisy windows allowing noise from the outside, sliding doors of bathroom fancy but unconfortable, no expresso for the morning coffee.

No one cares!!!
Pros:

Check in was flawless. Dropped off luggage in room and immediately went to get dinner. Came back to room. Took a shower. There was only 1 bath towel in room. The next morning on our way out I asked the FD Associate (Niomi) to make sure 2-3Bath towels were placed in our room along with Regular Coffee. Needless to say when we got back to our hotel after being out all day there was NO BATH TOWEL NOR COFFEE in our room. I called FD to ask could Towels and Coffee be brought up the FD Associate told me I would have to come get them. Mind you when we passed the FD to go to our room he was sitting doing nothing.
Needless to say I will never stay there again. I work at a Hotel. We would never treat our Guest like that. Seemed like a LAZY type environment

Pros:

This visit is unfair. I have stayed with this location many times and have had many great experiences. However, this one was not that. The first room I had opened had not been cleaned. The second room did not have adequate cooling the first day and a half into my stay.

Cons:

The area and property are very clean, this particular stay I had a bad experience. Out of many experiences

Clean hotel not much value for the rate.
Pros:

We tried this hotel as others we normally stay at we’re booked. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable however no microwave in the room and only like half of the tv channels worked with the other saying no network connection. No breakfast is included and with the rate we paid I wouldn’t come again without some sort of additional value to our day. We stay in two other Marriott branded hotels in the area for less and those include a morning breakfast.

Cons:

Night service guy on the fourth was drunk or high. The tvs didn’t work at all and wasn’t told that on check in. And 2 kids died on a 4 wheeler in your parking lot while staying there

Got a Wedding - Stay at Aloft Bolingbrook, IL
Pros:

Hello. My name is Pat Miller. I attended my great-niece's wedding in Plainfield, IL but we stayed at the Aloft Bolingbrook, IL. Wow. I was very impressed. The hotel is moderate 4-story modern building with plenty of parking. Clean, bright and with welcoming staff in front lobby. When you are welcomed with a smiling face, you know you are a valued guest. The rooms were a bit smaller but beautiful modern decor. The hotel even had a shuttle bus to take the wedding party and guests to and from the venue in Plainfield, IL about 25 min. drive. The hotel staff worked with the wedding planners to allow refreshments for guests and new arrivals in the lobby after the wedding. I didn't discover until the following morning, they had the heated swimming pool and workout room adjacent to the lobby. Then I had the experience of losing my phone. After we checked out, we called the hotel and someone had found it in the lobby and turned it in to the front desk where they kept it safe, locked up until I was able to return to retrieve it. Thank you Aloft staff. I appreciated my entire experience while there and recommend Aloft Bolingbrook to any traveler - many amenities short distance from hotel. Try it. You'll like it.!
