Really great hotel, very family friendly and convenient for a mini break!
Pros:

Family room was great- nice comfy converted sofa bed and free breakfast for your child.

We also enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar and it was very convenient with getting the tram into town

Cons:

The food in the hotel restaurant was quite expensive compared to what you pay around Luxembourg

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, alles sehr komfortabel. Die Lage war für uns sehr angenehm, da wir mit Hund gereist sind. Ruhig und trotzdem nah und fußläufig zur Altstadt. Zudem konnte man mit der Bahn in die Stadt fahren (kostenfrei). 2 Stationen, falls man die Strecke nicht laufen möchte.

Standard hotel, sloooooow elevators and breakfast, noisy
Pros:

Hotel is ok in itself, standard rooms, clean, nothing much standing out. Breakfast ok-ish. Location is supposed to be great but ... we have been quite disappointed with it overall and would not go back. See the "what I did not not like".

Cons:

The lifts are amazingly poor. We were on floor 7 and had to wait for minutes to go down each time - and it was not that crowded. The software logic must be wrong. I can't imagine what it is like when the hotel is full. Same for breakfast - agonizingly slow coffee machines, never seen that .... and there are only 2 for the whole BF crowd.
Finally, the acoustics on the esplanade are appalling. There was this blues rallie going on (fair enough, it is expectedly noisy), but even kids skateboarding 7 floors below were heard so clearly. Good luck for sleeping if you keep the window open. The airco is noisy too.
So we would not go back. There are better hotels in the area.

Prettig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima ligging tov openbaar vervoer.
Pros:

Ruime kamer. Netjes en groot bed. Ruime badkamer, gevarieerd en goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!!

A very modern and enjoyable hotel for your business or pleasure!
Pros:

Excellent staff that makes everything to be satisfied and to answer your questions. Great location and close to the tram, so very easy to go to the city. Rooms are very modern and comfortable, very wealthy breakfast and nice spa and gym. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it.

Cons:

Be ready that there is not a private parking place of the hotel so you need to find out a place separately.
