Front desk very helpful and friendly. I had booked the wrong dates in error and they helped me resolve the issue quickly!
I stayed in a 3 bedroom suit and bed closest to the ac unit had debrie on the foot of the bed. I believe it came off the fan from the ac unit. There was alot and It must have went unnoticed by the cleaning staff
The bed was very comfortable! The room was spacious and very clean! The staff was welcoming and helpful!
The rooms were recently renovated and look great, the gym was well maintained and equipped.

How it says there are 2 beds but the Sofa bed is too small and only fit on kid. We had to run and get an air mattress for other child
It's hard to say individual things I liked because the entire experience was perfect. The room was entire hotel was spotless no matter where you looked. Like many hotels there was some signs of age but the way that those minor imperfections were cared for and maintained you could really tell it has been babied by staff who really care. Every need a person would have in a short stay was planned for, and I loved that. The staff, I cannot say enough kind words for not only their exemplary dedication to their jobs but their incredible attitudes and kindness. The rooms come with a free breakfast which in many hotels is dismal, but not here! Once again you find carefully maintained experience with freshness at the top and service closely next to it. My family and I travel alot of places and often and I'm that mom that always has at least a minor maintenance criticism but I have 0 comments about our stay other than, Thank you.
There is nothing I did not like
Pool, hot tub, and slide were all great. Nice to relax and have a swim.
TV channels are hard to navigate.
The breakfast was bad taste less. Everything was finished after the contractors had there breakfast.
The bed was really bad. And the language barrier.
There was dirty panties in the bedside table i asked for a refund, the lady at the front desk agrees but i never received the refund.

It wasn’t comfortable, the elevator was really sketchy, it started going down when the door was still open, it felt like sleeping on a rock because the bed was so uncomfortable
Dated. Undergoing renos. Loud jack hammers above my room led me to request a different room which was not what I paid for.

Old. Needs renovations badly. Bathroom door didn’t close. Super rundown.
Friendly staff im sure the properties will be top notch once the renovations are done it was a great stay
