Affordable and Friendly
Pros:

The hotel was a good place for a pit stop on a long road trip. It is basic, but really affordable compared to the other properties in the area. It was clean. The staff members were really friendly.

Cons:

The beds were not the most comfortable, but not unbearable by any means.

I thought based on room photos that we had selected a Room that had an additional chair in addition to the desk chair. The desk chair can best be described as a torture chair. Using 2 pillows helped some. The breakfast minimal and not refilled promptly. On checking in there was no one to be found. I ended up calling the hotel while standing at the check in counter. After about 15 rings the attendant came running to answer the phone. Poor girl was there by herself and had been back in the storeroom. She was extremely helpful and found us a second torture chair for our room so that my wife and I could both sit in a chair and read.

Didn't like the breakfast options, didn't like that there was no microwave in the room and I didn't like the pillows.

It should be named Spartan instead of Spark. It is very minimalist in furnishings and guest room amenities.

Great location. Convenient to restaurant and outlets. Comfortable place to stay for families.

The entrance from the road to get to the hotel is not clearly marked. I knew where the entrance was only because I had been there before.
