Comfy rooms, quick elevators, nice clean environment

Cons:

Only downfall was told the shuttle came every half hour for pick up and we stood outside in very hot weather for almost an hour and it never came so we had to take alternate transportation.

Location was great. Clean. The pool was freezing cold but hot tub was really nice!

Cons:

We were charged parking per day even though we stayed at the hotel. We were not aware of that beforehand. Parking charges should be included in your hotel stay.

Overall, it was a good experience, and we would come back.
Pros:

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We loved our little balcony. The fire pit area was lovely. And the location was perfect.

Cons:

The pillows were not great. Air conditioning was uneven and had a smell. Bathroom had crack in the tub tile where the rod was installed and peeling wallpaper.
