Overall, a positive and enjoyable experience
Pros:

All meals were excellent. Wide range of food choices. Beautiful sea view from the 10th floor room. Nice to have complimentary water in the fridge. Nice to have bath and shower facilities in the room. Friendly and responsive staff. Parking easily available.

Cons:

General maintenance all around the hotel and in the room needs to be addressed. In the room, the bedside lights both didn't work as well as another standing lamp in the room. The toilet extractor also didn't work.

Cold and uncomfortable
Pros:

I like the centrality of the location.

Cons:

My stays was Friday, June 12th. It was a rainy and cold night so I found it shocking that the central AC was set to cooling. Despite multiple attempts to regulate the temperature at a comfortable temp… it just wasn’t working.

Staff switched my room 3 times, imagine the inconvenience of moving up and down after a long day of travel and meetings.

Ultimately, none of the rooms had a functioning AC and this dampened my stay.

Had to change hotels and I expect this inconvenience to be compensated for

It was disappointing for that amount.
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

The was one lift (elevator) working and we had to wait 20 minutes to get a lift that’s not packed. The key cards were not working when we got back so we had to go back to reception to reactivate them after a long day.

Bathroom and bed are open which is weird.

The maintenance isn’t up to standard, some of the wooden flooring loose, tiling in bathrooms very poorly done, shower leaks water due to poor tiling, no soap in shower dispenser, poor quality bed mattress

Would not return due to mold
Cons:

The bathroom had no ventilation and there were mold spots throughout the bathroom - I attempted to contact the front desk but due to power cuts there was no access.

Best off the Best
Pros:

The View from 18th floor unbelievable.
The best bed in the world 😃 Friendly staff, l clean and quite.

Cons:

We couldn't lock into YouTube or on my own YouTube account on their TV.
I will suggest one basin and a bigger shower would be the best improvement towards the room.😃

100% recommend
Pros:

The staff was very lovely and warm/friendly, from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. The bed are super comfortable, the rooms are clean. The body wash in my room wasn't refilled, unfortunately, and the slippers were not included. But overall, I really loved my stay there. I 100% recommend staying at Radisson Blu, you will not regret it.
