Pros:

The staff was so kind and helpful. The bed was a dream, pillows too! Clean and spacious

Cons:

Everything was perfect- the only thing was the food in the restaurant was a little too pricy in our opinion, but was tasty.

Ideale Lage direkt am Flughafen
Pros:

Für einen frühen Abflug ist die Lage des Hotels hervorragend: 2 Minuten zu Fuß und man steht in der Abflughalle. Ebenso gut ist die Anbindung an die S-Bahn, die sich direkt im Flughafen befindet. Die Eingangshalle haben wir als sehr einladend empfunden und dort noch den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Cancelled reservation without informing us
Pros:

Radisson was always my favourite place to stay and always booking it regardless the price, I have booked two rooms for us in Radisson Blu Hamburg Airport, we drove from Denmark for 4 years we arrived late after midnight as our flight next day in a good time, suddenly I receive a no show mail, and the reservation has been cancelled. Hotel said we gave your room to someone else and we dont have rooms anymore. It is impossible to be back home. Hotel did not contact us to confirm that we are not coming and nothing in the reservation mentioned that we should contact them to specify the exact time of arrival.

Simply it is not professional and disrespectful and I will never book Radisson any more in any part of the world.

Pefekt für 1 Nacht vor dem Abflug.
Pros:

Wer morgens zu seinem Flieger muss, kann nicht besser wohnen. Unmittel bar am Terminal, grosse, angenehme Zimmer, grosse Bar bis in die Nacht hinein, 24 h am Tag Service.

Cons:

Der Preis steigt mit der Nachfrage stark an. Sonst nichts. Hält was es verspricht.

Pros:

Wir sind gerne in dem Hotel. Die Straßenbahn in direkter Nähe bringt einen in Rostock überall hin.

Cons:

Das Bad ist leider sehr klein.
