That staff were friendly, they went out of their way to help. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing. Great view
Pillows were too hard for those who like a soft pillow, the water hose for shower was in a strange place and water ran under the bath making floor mat very wet

とにかくコンセントが多く、枕元にもある点が非常に使いやすかった。また部屋の電気のスイッチも枕元に集約されている点も便利である。加えて、シャワーとトイレの間はガラスのドアがあるため、トイレの床は濡れずに済む点も良い。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかった。

Location, good breakfast
The location for me is superb. Everything you need is just nearby the hotel. Food, pharmacy, spa, bar, and even courier services. It's the location that I like the most. Behind the hotel is the Bui Vien street.
1. The hotel looks old and not properly maintained even though it has many people working around. The reception area has no enough lighting even each floor or maybe the design itself is kinda dark for a hotel. Kinda creepy vibe. Not ventilated also.
2. Some reception staff cannot speak English really and not even trying to communicate. Some have attitudes while the guards are friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff are always smiling and greetful. However, when I asked for help to buy me balloon pump online, someone from reception assisted me.
3. Breakfast served each day are the same food you will see every morning. Don't expect too much. Coffee was incredibly good though and fruits were served fresh always.
4. My first booked room has no window as that is the only available when i booked here but I tried my luck and requested for an upgrade. Luckily, I was moved to another room with window the following day but of course I had to pay extra. Rooms are small. If you have many luggages, it's hard to move around.
5. Towels are dirty white already even the bed covers and pillows. Couch and the chair are stained and actually itchy on skin already if you dare to sit on it.
6. They don't give 2 card keys. You have to make a cash deposit if you want extra card but refundable upon check out.
7. There are two elevators but the other one is most of the time out of order. It's always smelly , if not smoke, strong human smell. No air humidifier inside.
8. The most upsetting part for me was no "FLAT IRON" or "STEAMER"!!! So during my entire stay, I was wearing wrinkled clothes.
9. Avoid the room 605, without window as much as possible. Smelly and no proper ventilation. It smells like dirty toilet.
10. If you will be assigned to Room 604, you're not alone there.

The doorman looked after my bags after checkout, was always smiling and courteous.
24 hour check-in.
First night of 3, i arrived late and in-between the beds sheets were dirty with grit. No change of room and no clean sheets were available even after i offered to make my own bed - the man on reception was useless. I had no choice but to sleep in a dirty bed. No refund they eventually gave me a drink voucher.
Air-con was a bit noisy and not very cold at times.
