Está en una zona céntrica bien ubicado y no se oía mucho ruido. Pudimos dormir bien con horarios bastante flexibles para check in y checkout. La habitación estaba limpia cuando llegamos y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.
El hotel fue decorado en los 2000 y se quedó así. Los apliques y molduras están viejos o reparados chapuceramente. A una lámpara le faltaba el regulador, las bombillas led eran de mala calidad puesto que nunca se apagan del todo. La cama crujía. El desayuno estaba arrasado a las 8 cuando está abierto hasta las 10.

ブイビエンから近く、ベンタインの市場や地下鉄駅まで少し歩けば行けるロケーションは便利。近くにコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあるので困らない。部屋は古いが、清潔で申し分ない。電源は日本タイプのもので十分使えるのでアダプターも必要なし。
早朝着で荷物を預けようとしたらスタッフから有料でのアーリーチェックインが可能という申し出がありとても助かった。
朝食はとてもおいしく、景色の良い階上での食事が良かった。
予約していた部屋とは違う下グレードの部屋になった。後でBooking.comに報告して一部返金となったが、ホテル側の対応が全く無く誠意が無かった。フロントスタッフの対応が良いだけに残念。（この件は、後にBooking.comが最後まで手配して解決した）ホテル側の対応の改善が必要。
バスタブの水栓が緩く（？）お湯が抜けてしまう（お湯は十分出た）。

Personale cortese con possibilità per chi deve andare via presto in mattinata di avere là box colazione.

The property is walking distance to the restaurant, the Gold Jewellry shop and the Ben than market the places i wanted to visit in Ho Chi Minh. The room is decent and clean.
