There was no hot water in my hotel room, could not shower.
Breakfast wasnt stocked, no coffee, food options were limited.
Quiet, clean, welcoming staff
We would like more choice: fruits cheese .
The beds were comfortable. It was nice to get to have complimentary breakfast.

Nothing. When I showed up I was told you (booking.com) had cancelled my stay and there was no room for me. I drove from north Sidney nova Scotia
to there and was exhausted. I asked what I was supposed to do and the front counter person just shrugged his shoulders. So after my 16 hour drive I had to get back in my truck and drive 5 more hours home. Safety first I guess. I told them I didn’t get a cancelation notice from you and they insisted booking.com had canceled my stay. I would like my money returned to my visa. ASAP!!!!!! I’m not paying interest on incompetence on other peoples questionable stories.
Read the other report. I would like an answer to my problem.also I want Notification when I will have my money back. This was completely unacceptable. If it was the front desk problem, then they should be reprimanded for their lack of common sense.
Location and free breakfast.
Exceptional staff, the hotel is very close to Highway 401, very convenient for travellers. Very good breakfast.

Clean rooms, great food, fantastic crew
The property was very clean, I liked that the bathroom actually had room to move, the water pressure was great and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included, had an assortment of options both hot and cold, which was a pleasant change from other hotels. I would definitely return.
The only issue was that our room was adjacent to the highway, so quite noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, it would be wise to ask for a room on the opposite side.
