Good location and comfortable room, Breakfast menu needs improvement.
Pros:

Clean rooms, good location easy to find, Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet- good for sleeping.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inns. Poor selection of food items. Breads were dry, I would have preferred condiments in individual packets.Squirt bottles were messy and inconvenient,

I would stay here again, even with the uncomfortable bed
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. Room clean. Other guests noises did not affect us.

Cons:

Elevator was a little scary the way it shook and made noises. The bed was very uncomfortable, which was surprising.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Bequeme Betten, gute Lage, großer kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Zimmerkarte funktionierte immer wieder nicht, in 2 Tagen 4x an der Rezeption gewesen. Konnten keine Rechnung ausgedrucken und meine Mailadresse wollte die Dame nicht aufschreiben, sollte mich an Booking.com wenden.
Das geht gar nicht, schlechter Service.

Elevator filthy, and rooms could use a closer going over. Ledges and baseboards were not clean. Soap scum in tub and toilet bowl wasn’t under rim. Rate on booking.com was significantly higher than hotel rate

A very decent hotel that I would recommend.

Ease access and quiet
Pros:

Two things we look for when travelling- ease highway access buf quiet location as well. Location is also great as there are a number of restaurants (steakhouse and a Mexican) as well as several fast food (pita, pizza, KFC) within walking distance.
We were upgraded to a room with s tub on the 4th floor. Usual HIE breakfast but cinnamon buns appeared to be much smaller than usual.
We had been staying at several HIE hotels in USA and we're pleased to discover that Canadian hotels still have Keurig coffee makers in room without having to request one.
