The ambience and character - not for those who like modern sterile hotels
Pros:

This place has character 130 years old, a little run down but I loved it. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. it is very much in the centre too.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better

Highly Recommend!
Pros:

The room and the bed was really clean and the service and staff was top tier. Tv in front of bed giving the luxury vibe and cozy. There was also a fridge so I could store water and drinks 👍

Cons:

Only wifi was weak in second floor but 3rd floor is a bit better. Hallway noise is a bit loud (echo).

Passables Hotel in Kaunas
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an der Fußgägngerzone, d.h. man sollte die Anweisungen des Hotels beachten und rechtzeitig in den Innenhof einbiegen und dort parken (Kosten: 8 € für 24h). - Professioneller Empfang. - Eingangsbereich mit viel altem Charme, Drehtür, alles holzgetäfelt. - Das Zimmer eher einfach, relativ klein, am Tisch wenig Platz. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber alles wirkte benutzt und abgewohnt. Das Bad nicht sehr gepflegt, die Dusche fliesst schlecht ab und das Wasser steht im Bad. Dadurch ist der Türrahmen etwas aufgeqollen. - Nachts war es laut, so dass wir das Fenster schlossen. Die Bettdecken waren zu dick, so schliefen wir nur unter dem Bettbezug. - Das Frühstück war einfach.

Cons:

Leider kein Fahrstuhl, d.h. man muss die Koffer hoch tragen. - Im Bad keine Abstellmöglichkeit für den Kulturbeutel.

Wygodne łóżka i lokalizacja. Duzy parking.

Cons:

Jedyny minus za prysznic. Był bardzo duży ale powinna być tam użyta mocniejszą chemia.

Vieta ideali, centras, Laisvės alėja. Pusryčiai puikūs.

Cons:

Šiek tiek trūksta techninės priežiūros, nesilaiko lentynėlės, durų spyna, jau būtų reikalingas patalpų remontas.

Nakvojome vieną naktį, todėl nelabai yra ką papasakoti.
Pros:

Vienintelis išskirtinis privalumas - viešbučio vieta.

Cons:

Buvęs kažkada garsus ir prabangus viešbutis dabar dvelkia kažkokia... nykuma. Viskas kaip ir gerai, bet norėtųsi bent jau kažkiek atnaujinimo.

Lokacija, laisvės alėjoje.

Cons:

Labai senas, tiek vaizdu tiek kvapu... sienos atrodo storos, bet labai girdėjosi kaimynystėje vykes veiksmas. Šalia.daug barų todėl iki naktes 3val kambaryję veiksmas kaip dalyvautum kartu gatvėje.
Kaina didelė, neverta tokio prasto lygio. Autentiškumą galima išlaikyti kolidoriuose ir laiptinėje, bet kambarių už tokia kaina tikisi bent jau modernesnio, su gaiva.

Nieco zakurzony hotel z historią w centrum miasta
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, choć okolica nieco głośna. Duży parking na podwórku. Przyjazny personel. Przepiękny hol i klatki schodowe w hotelu z historią.

Cons:

Głównym powodem rozczarowania był stan pokoju - ten, który dostaliśmy, był zupełnie inny niż pokoje pokazane na zdjęciach - dawno nie odnawiany, w stanie przedremontowym. Lata świetności miał najwyraźniej dawno temu.

Great historic experience
Pros:

Staying at this hotel was one of the main purposes of our trip to Lithuania. Chiune Sugihara, a Japanese diplomat who stayed here, showed extraordinary courage and compassion by helping people who were facing desperate and difficult circumstances. We wanted our child to experience this place and learn about his remarkable legacy.

Our stay was truly meaningful and memorable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and courteous, making us feel very welcome. We are deeply grateful for their wonderful hospitality, which made this family trip an unforgettable experience.

While some guests may find the facilities somewhat dated, we believe this is actually part of the hotel’s charm and provides a valuable sense of its history and the atmosphere of the time.
